Picked at store, was easy as can be. Assembly is simple, the Ninja crushes ice and blends in about 1/3 the time it took with our Oster. Texture was super smooth. This is a great product !

This is the most powerful blender I've ever owned ! I went to Best Buy to buy another blender that was 500 watt, then I saw this 1000 watt. I liked the three blade tower and twice the power feature. I'm really glad I bought this one, works great, easy to clean, and makes a perfect smoothie.

I bought my Ninja blender about 6 months because I wanted to make homemade smoothies. This blender hasn't disappointed. It quickly and effortlessly chops the ice and both the frozen and fresh fruit I use to make my smoothies. In less than a minute I have a delicious, healthy smoothie. It works awesome for milkshakes too.

I've had several blenders over the years, the most recent a Cuisinart, mostly in the $50-$60 price range. They are all in the garbage or on a thrift store shelf by now. After reading reviews, I decided to spend a little more and wow it has been money well spent. The jump in quality that small investment buys is apparent in every detail of this blender. I've been really surprised by just how well-built this thing is for the money. Everything about it feels really solid and well-made, and all of the parts fit together snugly. There is plenty of power for making smoothies with completely frozen fruit and all those blades pulverize ice easily. The front panel buttons have a nice positive feel and the panel itself is easy to clean. I love the locking lid but use the pour spout only for adding additional liquids during blending. The blending pitcher is easy to clean (I have yet to put it in the dishwasher) and soap rinses away easily. It locks onto the base with a satisfying and positive click. A nice touch is that the removable blade shaft fits over a fairly tall spindle so it doesn't fall out every time you tilt the pitcher (but I still recommend holding it in place when you pour.) If you like lots of choices or have a need for timers or dozens of speeds, this may not be the best choice for you. I've always been a bit of a minimalist in that area (my Bonavita coffeemaker has exactly one button), so the "3 speed with pulse" model is perfectly adequate for me. I'm very happy with this blender purchase and highly recommend it if you can spend a little more money to take the next step on a better blender. I can't imagine really needing a Blendtec or Vitamix for home use with this option available.

We use this blender several times every day to make protein shakes. It is very easy to clean quickly in the sink. I have also used it to make a baja sauce and to blend walnuts. The blades are superior and I can't say enough about it. We used to have a regular blender that just couldn't keep up with us and finally started smoking. This is a great blender!

If your needs are for salsa, blended drinks or the like, this is at a great price point and gets it done like a pro. Clean up couldn't be easier, just watch out for the razor sharp blades. They pole they are attached to comes out of the device easily making washing that part separately simple. With that said, this is not your smoothie machine. No way. No how. This chops things REALLY well. Chopped is not liquefied. There are cheaper machines that do smoothies exponentially better. As long as you are aware of that going in and really want a top notch blender I think the Ninja is for you.

Bought the ninja for my lady thinking it would be another gadget in the garbage in few weeks, this thing is heavy duty looking, 3 blades, powerful , takes seconds to make smoothies. My lady loves it!

This blender has lots of power and very sharp blades. Makes milkshakes and mixed drinks with ease. Just be careful around the blades,they are sharp.

I had purchased this blender for my mother-in-law for Christmas. She loved it, and told me I needed one as well. It is the best. It's heavy duty, easy to clean, and crushes/chops ice easily.

After our old blender gave up the ghost, went on the hunt for a solid replacement in the under $100 category, with the primary function being to make healthy and delicious smoothies. Went through 2 other blenders that were both returned (1 had an extreme toxic plastic smell (Oster), the other sounded like a Jack hammer and dentist drill had a baby (Hamilton Beach); before taking a chance on the Ninja. This one checked off almost all the boxes, and upon unboxing, it became apparent that this was well designed, and at 1000watts, it's a real workhorse. Pros: Well made, high wattage, fits easily under counter space, canister/Jar fits in the fridge easily, easy cleanup, excellent performance, moderate to standard noise level (nothing offensively loud). Smoothies taste amazing with the Ninja, we're fans of the brand now. Cons: plastic jar (like 95% off blenders in this price range, so I guess it's the "new normal"). Could have a sexier design, something art deco or retro would be lovely. But it gets the job done, no fuss, no muss. This is a great unit, smoothies are creamy and lush, we nicknamed it "the Terminator" for it's awesome power crushing performance.

This blender is the best out on the market for the price. The blades are extremely sharp, and there are three elevated blades (more like very sharp swords) in the blender, of which creates a vortex / tornado inside, which ensures that everything gets blended, top to bottom. The product also seems to have an exhaust fan system, making sure that the unit gets adequate cooling during it's extreme blending process. The power this product packs is PLENTY. Very cool product and packaging. Also has a bunch of other safety mechanisms to ensure that you don't get hurt by the SWORDS. Very large and plentiful in room, container. Highly recommended.

Great blender for the price. Literally processes and liquefies whole fruits. Great for making smoothies, easy to clean, easy to store. Most powerful blender for the price.

Glad I grabbed this blender. Love the power from it and how smooth it makes my smoothies. Price isn't bad at all, I've had cheaper blenders and they never seem to the job well. So far, so good!

This blender blends super fast and crushes ice in less than 5 seconds. A big step up from our cheap $20 honeywell junk.

My old machine died on me. I wanted something more powerful. I saw this on line and liked the price. It had alot of the functions I was looking for in a blender. I love this machine, it make smoothies in no time and they come out great every time.

I love this Ninja blender! It blends everything so fast! Chops ice, no problem! I love the 6 blades because it blends & chops all the way up, not just the contents at the bottom of the blender. I mainly make smoothies & milkshakes! Love it!

My wife and I drink smoothies often and our old oscar blender went out. Was a little concerned about price of this one but it is worth the extra. It chops ice easily and quickly. The lid is awesome and most importantly, there isn't all the parts and gaskets to wash individually and reassemble - just three (Lid, blade and pitcher). Very happy with the ease of use and cleanup.

But a loud Ninja was the least of my worries as it does one heck of a good job at making things that were once in a solid form, into a liquid form. I actually feel a bit bad for using it at 2:00 AM for that late night smoothie, because I know my neighbors are cringing at how loud this monster is, but I can't let that stop me from making Strawberry Lassies or Strawberry Banana Smoothies when I really have to have one. This blender does what it says it does, blends. The only minor issue is that no matter how long or how fast you let it run, you'll never get a "perfectly" smooth blend (but it IS smooth). There will be chunks of something in it, whether it be banana, strawberries, ice, it's still there. That's really not an issue however as it does a great job, and quickly, at blending what I need and I'm not picky on how the results turn out. It's an attractive high quality and sturdy appliance, and the base is much lighter than I expected it to be, so moving it around isn't an annoyance. It's also very easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. You're obviously reading this because you're on the fence about buying one, but just go for it. I think you'll like having a Ninja around the house. And of course each time I use it, I can't help but rap: Go Ninja, Go Ninja, Go! Go Ninja, Go Ninja, Go! Go, Go, Go, Go!

I purchased this blender because I wanted something strong enough to make smoothies, but also make my own sauces and dips. It certainly does the trick, but it sounds like a jet engine. The manual also says not to use hot liquids, in case that's important to you. Loudness aside, the Ninja Pro will blend just about anything you throw in it. For the power you get at this price, it's hard to beat.
