Product is exactly as described. Design lines are sleek and mechanics work perfectly. We have yet to experience any difficulties with this machine. The functionality is user friendly and instructions were printed in a clear format. We have been so exceedingly impressed with this coffee maker that we've spoken often about our purchase to others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We love this coffee maker. It brews pretty quickly and offers good hot coffee. The built in scoop is a great touch and so handy. This is easy to clean and the water tank is easy to fill whether direct poor or taking the tank off and filling. Cleaning the tank isn’t bad. It is narrow so a little tougher to get the very bottom crevices but it’s doable. Highly recommend. Only negative is the buttons are hard to read for our 50 year old eyes. We got the stainless option.

This is simple, efficient and makes decent coffee. It is so hard to find a coffee maker without multiple bells and whistles which I don't need. It's a bit on the pricey side, but after discarding several poorly designed versions of drip coffee makers from other brands (specifically Mr. Coffee, Black & Decker, etc.) I guess you get what you pay for. This is sleek and easy to use.

Didn't really need a coffeemaker this big since it's just for myself, but it was on sale and I know Nina's a really good brand. It's attractive (I love the cute little scoop built into the lid), it has lots of features including a separate cleaning cycle, and the coffee tastes WAY better than I was getting from my Keurig.

This is a great simple coffee maker! It does what I need and wanted, no more, and a great price point! Programmable works and the hot plate works as advertised. Worth the purchase if you just want COFFEE and don't need the frills (or waste of money IMO), brews fast with easy clean up.

Bought this after my Breville grind-and-brew was outted as the torture device it actually was, then it died. I wanted another grind-and-brew coffee maker but couldn't find a machine with consistent reviews. I went with this one primarily because it has the oversized carafe; I drink a lot of coffee. Everything is pretty easy to use. The directions are clear and concise, and some parts have stickers on them in case you're too lazy to read. I was worried about the included basket as sometimes they can impart an undesirable flavor to the coffee. This one doesn't. The clear tank in the back disconnects from the machine for easy filling, which I find convenient and clears up a little more counter space (getting rid of my coffee machine filling jug). The timer start works great but the am/pm indicators are small, and I have over looked them several times which leads to a disappointing empty carafe. My primary complain is the coffee maker takes about 20-30 minutes to brew a full pot. I'm not a monster so I don't pull a mug until the whole pot is done. The machine has a heating element timer but its never gotten the opportunity to work because there's never any coffee left by the time it would shut off. All in all I would recommend this machine as a basic drip brewer, with adequate frills, at a reasonable price (I mean...80 bucks is the new 20 it seems, not that I agree with it), and a solid quantity producer.

Works great! Timer had my coffee ready when I come down in there morning. I use a #4 paper filter instead of cleaning the filter.
On “rich” it takes longer to finish but is worth it! If you do 14 cups you have to be careful when pouring. If you tip it too far they coffee will spill out around the edge.
I am very happy with it!

I really like this coffee maker. I usually buy more basic, less expensive coffee makers, but I wanted one with a removable water reservoir so I could easily clean it. This one was reasonably priced. It works well and makes good coffee.
