The Best Coffee Maker I’ve ever owned in almost 50 years homemaking. Consistent flavor in every pot. Love the warm setting!!Ease to use. Love the water canister instead of pouring into the pot! Easy to clean filter. Can’t say enough!!

Who knew Ninja made a coffee maker? Decided to try it out & am pleased with the overall performance. My only criticism is that there are no cup measurements on the carafe. Otherwise all features are easy to use.

My tried and true Cuisinart 15 cup finally burnt out, so wifeys only requirement was that it had to be a Ninja Coffee Machine to replace it. The rest of the counter is all Ninja products,-so the search began. Read some odd reviews about dripping off the spout, but I can tell you that’s not my experience. The machine is compact, space saving, with a lot of delicate replaceable parts-(which makes me a little nervous). But, overall it’s a very nice 12 cup machine that brews a robust morning cup of Joe! I’m happy, Wifey’s happy, Izzy’s happy. It’s a win-win all around.

I love this coffee pot so much! Coffee tastes so good and it holds a little extra. I bought a second one for my friend. I always have it programmed to go off before I wake so I can wake up to my go juice!

This coffee maker is the perfect size for my kitchen counter. Its functions are very simple and easy to learn/ memorize. The option for only brewing 1-4 cups of coffee is very convenient for when I am in a hurry to head out the front door and need to fill my thermos. It also looks beautiful alongside my other Ninja products ( blender & duo air fryer).

I am a bit of a coffee snob, not so much that I roast my own beans, but I do like to freshly grind a quality dark roast every night, and wake up to the smell of success brewing each morning. The Ninja XL Pro coffee maker has enabled me to continue on with this tradition of having freshly brewed coffee each morning at my predetermined time with no issues. To do this, I firmly believe that Ninja studied kitchen ergonomics, design, and maybe even a bit of feng shui to make this coffee maker with the smallest footprint possible, while still getting 14 cups of brew per sitting. The design is top notch, with an easy to fill 14 cup reservoir that detaches for filling and securely slides into position without leaking. The top plate of the reservoir has a built in scoop holder, an added perk is the holder is ambidextrous so I can easily use it as a lefty. The brew basket is perfect for medium coarseness blend, and the water distributes evenly to get all of the grounds wet, not just the middle. Moving down to the carafe, I really do love this locking lid. No matter the angle I pour from, my coffee will only pour at a maximum flow. This means when one of my teens runs me over trying to not be late for school, or when the cat intentionally walks between my legs, I'm not going to accidentally pour coffee all over myself or the floor. The downside is that if you're used to leaving the carafe on the coffee maker to dry, it doesn't. You have to rotate the lid to unlock, and let it dry fully before replacing the lid. As for functionality, the front controls include a clock, hour / minute buttons, programmable delay, small batch (1 - 4 cups), classic vs rich brew, brew / off, clean, and warm functions. The programmable function allows for brewing on your schedule. The brew strengths are rich and classic, with rich supporting the bold robust in your face dark roasts, versus classic being a bit more mellow laid back kind of brew. Time delayed brewing works as expected, and is quieter than many coffee makers. The warm function will keep your coffee warm for up to 4 hours, based on time preset selected. Overall, standard coffee maker functionality in a well packaged design. The things that make this coffee maker stand out for me is the ergonomics of the design, small footprint, and locking lid, which is a complete game changer. The one small complaint I have is I wish there was one more temperature setting for coffees that brew best at or above 200F.

Ninja coffee maker works great, easy to operate. Water reservoir marked clearly for measured cups. Reuseable grounds filter container a money saver. 14 cups for crowd I would recommend this for all coffee lovers.

This coffee maker is easy to program and keeps the coffee hot. Love using this coffee maker everyday. Keeps the coffee warm longer than any other coffee maker i have used before.

Excellent brewer!! Worth the money, very good tasting coffee and it brews hotter than a typical brewer. I’ve been in the coffee industry for 15 years, this is a great home brewer.

Spent about a month doing research on this. I've tried many, many coffeemakers, Bunn, Mr. Coffee, Cuisinart, Hamilton Beach among others. I even tried a percolator for awhile. This is the best one I've ever tried. Excellent coffee of course, but what sold me was the tweakability of this machine. You can adjust brew strength, paper or supplied gold tone filter, even the temperature of the warming plate is adjustable. Another great feature is the freshness indicator, you can set how long the warming plate stays on, up to 4 hours and hit a button and you can see how long it's been on. Last thing I will mention, the water resevoir is removable and washable, very hard to clean of machines where you can't remove it. I can't reccommend this highly enough. You'll love it.

If you are looking for a drip coffee maker that makes a good cup of coffee then your search is over. I love the removable water resovor and permanent filter. Easy to clean. I would recommend.

Product is exactly as described. Design lines are sleek and mechanics work perfectly. We have yet to experience any difficulties with this machine. The functionality is user friendly and instructions were printed in a clear format. We have been so exceedingly impressed with this coffee maker that we've spoken often about our purchase to others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I like the multiple brew options. The removable reservoir is a big plus. Cleaning that is really easy. The delay brew function is a must have. Easy to program. Brews really hot.

So much better than the Cuisinart coffee makers we used to get. The water reservoir is so simple to use — no splashing water when we fill the coffee pot as we had with our Cuisinart models. Removing used grounds is simple, thanks to an handle that makes lifting the piece that holds the filter, and the carafe dispenses coffee without leaks. The coffee also stays hot due to a heated base.

Very happy with this machine. Absolutely the simplest clock & timer setting ever and brews a lovely cup of coffee. Love that the water reservoir is external so it’s super easy to fill & clean. Someday somewhere customers will be listened to and beeping noise when coffee is ready will be an optional feature - that said, the beep from this one is less loud and obnoxious than others and not annoying enough to take away a star. Overall very happy with purchase
