Makes great coffee. Just would prefer a basket with round filters instead of the triangle ones but I'll get used to it.

Coffee pot works great. Love the timer setting and the choice of using filters or no filters. You cal really tell the difference when using the rich brew vs classic as well. Would give 5 stars but when pouring too fast the coffee catches the edge of the top and runs down the outside. I’m not sure if the lid is defective or it’s just a design flaw?

Best purchase I have made in a while. I was using an espresso machine, and it wasn't doing a good job. Picked this one up and have been very happy with it. I really like that I can time it to brew my coffee in the morning before I wake up so I can go get my coffee right away.

Ease of use and options are what sets this apart from a standard coffee maker. The removable water reservoir is easy to clean and fill. I use a non bleached filter as well as the reusable just for ease of cleaning.

Pirchased this Ninja coffee maker since ours had stopped working. We are big time coffee drinkers in my house. This Ninja has worked wonders, not to mention how user friendly it is. Love the capability to re-warm the coffee, its like you just made a new batch. Totally recommend this product.

Right out the box, this coffee machine was ready to go bought this for my job and everyone loves it so far I also got the warranty just in case the pot cracks, but it will be replaced at no cost.

Good product. Had no issues, was delivered in good condition, works well. Only thing that god be a bit better is if the spout/lip on the carafe worked better. When I brew a full pot, the first cup i pour the cofee spills over with a little tip and makes a small mess. But overall, it’s a good buy.

Been a long time since I needed a coffee maker, I enjoy other products that Ninja makes so I gave this maker a try. It is by far the best coffee maker I have ever had, or used that wasn't percolated. Very self explanatory in ease of use. The carafe doesn't spill while pouring into mug, which is a huge plus in my opinion. My only issue is, why have a 1 to 4 cup setting if it is going to use all water in the tank? Would like to see them get a program that allows me to completely fill the tank and use only 4 cups at a time. What's the point of pushing the button if I only filled it to the 4 cup line? Because if you don't fill to that line it'll use all the water regardless even if you push the button. Pretty pointless in my opinion, but other than that it's an amazing coffee maker.

Love this coffee maker. The time setting is great for lazy mornings. It brews beautifully. The water reservoir easily detaches for filling. I have no complaints.

I moved to a new apartment, and had several items that were ninja. Wanted to get a matching coffee pot, and have not been disappointed. I don't drink a lot of coffee so I don't use it all that regularly, but it is well built and looks very nice with other ninja products next to it.

My wife and I are happy with our purchase. We had a fancier Ninja coffee maker prior to this which we had for a number of years. It held up well under every day use and finally stopped keeping the coffee warm after brewing This new one seems to be just as sturdily,built with straightforward operation. My wife was not thrilled with the way the spoon is mounted (not easy to get out of the holder), so we just use the measuring spoon from the previous machine. The buttons are fairly intuitive once you read the small print with a magnifying glass…LOL you know you’re getting old when you have to read instructions with a magnifying glass, Bottom line …tasty coffee for a reasonable price!…

My Mr Coffee machine decided to quit o. Us after 3 months so decided to find something better! This machine is perfect for our needs . Love the extra large carafe plus it matches all the other Ninja appliances we have I. The kitchen. Highly recommended!!
