    It works just like it's smaller predecessor with just a larger cooking space so far, I made smash burgers, Cheese Steaks, Omelets and Pancakes on it. The hardest thing you will have to do is get the temperature right for whatever you're cooking and can even use the chart attached to the front of the griddle for that.

    We gave this indoor grill/griddle to our Son & Daughter-in-Law for Christmas . They do alot of entertaining and this will be perfect for breakfast as well as dinnertime. They are thrilled with it.
