This is a great amiibo. Snake looks crisp and the detail is really fine

Pros: Is an amiibo Does the basic amiibo stuff that you expect is a strange amalgamation of Big Boss and Solid Snake, in the MGS2 suit, which was never on a Nintendo system. Negatives: Is an amiibo nerf'd snakes butt Not MGS1 Snake. Lets be real, you're buying this if you like Metal Gear. This is a perfectly decent amiibo without egregious quality issues.

Overall I was satisfied with everything but one issue and that was the shipping. As a collector this was shipped in a standard box with no protection. When I received this the corners had creases due to the poor shipping. Other than that snake looks good sitting in my collection.

This is Nintendo picking up the slack where Konami let us down. This amiibo figure is perfect. The only complaint is the the plastic they used to support the figures feet and even that doesn't detract to much from it. The detail in the figures is wonderful and intricate.

I've been a fan of the Metal Gear Solid series for a long time. Definitely a cool looking Amiibo, but the beard throws it off for me personally for some reason. Still a must have for MGS fans.

It’s pretty amazing how they have managed to improve amiibo ‘s quality over the years. The last new action figures from Smash Bros series are top notch. If you are a fan of Konami’s Metal Gear Solid, this is the amiibo you need. Such a shame you don’t have a single MGS fame on switch.

Oh I can’t tell you how long I’ve been waiting for this amiibo. This is the only one I’ve even cared about owning and I preordered two (one two display, another to use). And I’m loving this amiibo tremendously. Great purchase.

It's really great that Nintendo has allowed there to be non-Nintendo characters made into Amiibos. This Solid Snake Amiibo is super detailed, and will make an awesome addition to any Nintendo or Konami fan's collection.

He's finally gotten his own amiibo after returning to Smash Ultimate almost a year into release! The character model could be considered not entirely true to it's Brawl model but that doesn't take away the quality of the amiibo nonetheless.

Amiibos I feel are overrated as to what they can do versus other toy to life items... but the quality of the paint and material feels better and my son really wanted Snake.. so its a nice piece to join all the other Smash Bros amiibos...

Snake! Just slithering around and stuff and adding right into my highly problematic collection of these little guys! I have SO many someone please stop me from buying them!

This amiibo is really good looking. My only complaint is the clear plastic reinforcing the feet, but it’s really not too noticeable.

My daughter has more than 100 amiibos and anytime a new one comes out, she must add it to her collection. No, seriously...it's takinng over my basement, but they are all great with such detail to them.
