Nintendo’s description for this amiibo stated that you would receive random items in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. You only receive random items in Tears of the Kingdom. In Breath of the Wild, you receive the same reward as a Splatoon amiibo. At least this amiibo is useful in the Echoes of Wisdom game.

However Nintendo essentially doubling the price of amiibos overnight for an amiibo the same size as most amiibos makes this a meh product. Do not buy out of protest to Nintendos horrible price increase.
