Got the item by the time it was stores, however it wasn’t in a box as usual and the plastic the item comes in at stores was wrecked. It was surprising that the figure itself was completely fine. I luckily don’t keep them in the containers unlike most people who still buy these. So concerning, but in the end I got what I wanted.

I bought this hoping to keep it as a collector's item but BestBuy.com delivered it and gave me one with the packaging all bent and stuff. It's always a gamble to order these kind of things online anywhere. But BestBuy provided an easy return service.

Why was this shipped in a soft sided package? The packaging came damaged, so if your a collector be prepared to be disappointed. Also, even though I pre-ordered it way in advance, it came almost 2 weeks after it was released.

Buyer beware - best buy's e-commerce is in the toilet. Orders will take multiple days to prepare/process. Sometimes you'll get it quickly (pre-covid customer service). But most of the time you won't. That means Best Buy holds your money (and purchase) for weeks, while you can't cancel the order and get a refund so you can buy it elsewhere. Goes without saying that Best Buy's in store experience is literally F-tier, so it's not an improvement there either. Safe to say - if you can buy an item elsewhere, do it. Amazon is probably the only other place with worse customer service, because they will straight up lose returns. At least BB has physical store locations, so you don't deal with that when making returns.

The product came dented, not good for collectors, was meant to be a gift for a collector family member, and could not be returned since the replacement would not arrive. Really bad experience.

The figure itself is great. The box was sent in a thin bubble mailer and the packaging was destroyed upon receiving. This was also over a week late.

Ordered 2 hoping that at least one would arrive in good condition. NOPE. Bestbuy decided it was a smart idea to ship them in a bag. Stop skimping on the shipping materials and do things right. Ever since they axed GCU, Bestbuy has been on a steady decline. Thanks for the bag!

The package arrived damaged, and had to try and fix it myself to make less noticeable.

While the figure within the box was un damaged, the box looked like it had been to the edge of hell and back, I’d recommend anyone who loves to collect amiibo (especially in box) do not order from best buy!

I got these items and was super excited to then see that 2 out of the three I ordered were very damaged.

As a large Kingdom Hearts fan I was absolutely impressed by the quality of the amiibo as soon as I was able to get my yands on it. The proportions and textures used on the amiibo was not only accurate to the source material but had also looked great as well.

The amiibos have gotten better looking, as they should with the raise in price. I really like how sora came out, and I’m very happy to own one.

I was so worried my preorder would be cancelled like everyone else's but I went in and picked it up no problem! Item is perfect

Excellent quality, a good amiibo. Everything from the his big, dumb shoes to the keyblade is great.
