Ten year old son received this as a Christmas present. He got too excited and scratched too hard and the number was illegible. I contacted customer support, followed directions, and card was refunded within three days. Will not hesitate to buy in the future

I purchase gift cards for the ease of redeeming by the recipient. I have 6 grandsons from ages 11- 21 and all appreciate the gift cards... This takes the guess work out of purchasing the perfect gift. I highly recommend this for families with children of most ages.

As far as I know, you can't gift digital games to friends on the Switch, so this is the next best thing. There are a ton of great indie games on the Switch, so $20 is a perfect amount if you want to gift someone a game like Celeste, Ori, or Hollow Knight.

Really saddened that I couldn't buy this with the rewards points I saved up. It always used to be possible, and honestly it got me using my Best Buy credit card a ton. Now that I can no longer redeem rewards for gift cards such as this, because of some people who abused the system, I have to say I feel less desire to buy this from Best Buy when I can get it from other places cheaper. It also makes me care less about using my BB card and earning rewards points. Too bad these can't be enabled for purchase with rewards for long time customers with a good track record. :(

The gift card was purchased as a gift and I understand the young man who received it was thrilled. It was easy to find and purchase on line, and shipped free. It was delivered on time as promised and I received tracking emails. Easy peasy.
