Since I do not like putting my credit card into a video game system buy the money cards is easy and offers me more protection while still giving my grandson the money to buy things for the game he is playing.

if this is for a kid or something, then yeah, they don't have Credit Cards. that being said. i use these cards in lieu of posting my financial info on the eShop. but what if best buy gets hacked? well that's another story...

Great for buying digital games, but people need to be aware that the digital games are subjected to taxes now so keep it in mind when your buying a card.
