Best Buy provides a wide range of store credit amounts for all software needs. Getting the cards at Best Buy also earns you reward points so I always buy my Nintendo eShop credits from Best Buy.

Seems way better to buy these credits at Best Buy (rather than directly recharging with Nintendo) so I can get rewards points. Plus keep an eye out for occasional deals with a bonus $10 card offer.
