This is digital currency towards the Nintendo eShop which is basically operated on the Nintendo switch console. You can download digital games use it towards additional in-game content or subscriptions to services on the console. Highly recommended if you are a hardcore Nintendo gamer.

While the digital sale and aquirement of the card is almost seamless and without hassle, the only requirement is a bestbuy.com account, the use on the Nintendo eShop in terms of the Wii U are rather limiting with only a single system of the Virtual Console allowing one to obtain more than a single game. All others will have some money left and even then it would not be an even purchase with some change left.
