I got this to get the Pokémon Home Service. It gets the job done, and if you put it in via the Switch eShop, you can’t screw up, because the lookalike characters are greyed out. Keep in mind, Virginia addresses get charged tax, so get enough credit to cover that (7%).

It's easy enough to simply by eShop credit directly through the eShop using a credit card, but I prefer buying the credit this way since I can get some Best Buy points this way. It's also useful if you want to give a child a gift of a downloadable game without giving them your credit card info.
