It’s refurbished but it works so well like new. I have not seen any issues so far. Product came without its original box and manual. But I got all the cables and other stuff it needs with it.

I bought this game system for my son. We loved it so much even I started playing with it. Great graphics, sound and play ability. Will buy one for my grandchild.

Such a very fun and versatile gaming device. Can switch between loner mode or “I want my friends in on this too.” The fact that you can play on the go (dont play while walking, come on be aware) or every within home environment, makes this system a very great investment, because you can virtually take it anywhere. Best part is you can get more people to play with you with such ease.

I love that this combines portable gaming with console gaming, but there are a few drawbacks, including needing to purchase Nintendo online for each separate account, and the fact that the joysticks on the controllers feel very delicate.

Switch works great. Have had it for over a month now. All the functions on it appear to work. There is a minor scratch on the screen that I forgot most of the time. From what I have read, they clean the inside and added new thermal paste.

Kid loves it. Works great. It was refurbished but you wouldn’t know it.. Saved a little bit of money to boot.

The switch works fine, but I have one complaint: The joy cons that came with it do NOT lock into place. I know it's the joy cons because I tried plugging in a friend's and they locked without difficulty. Kinda frustrating how they pop out sometimes while playing. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance that I guess doesn't qualify for fixing & refurbishing with Geek Squad.

I am always hesitant purchasing refurbished items, but this showed up and looks brand new. No dings or scratches. Works like it should. Very very pleased and will definitely order refurbished through Best Buy again!

We bought it for the kids and they’ve had great times with it since. Multi player mode allows them to play Mario games together which is exactly what we want

so much fun! especially if you have other people trying to share the TV

GAVE IT TO MY GRANDSON ON HIS BIRTHDAY. HE CARRIES IT WITH HIM ALL THE TIME.

Great system to play some renewed older games I grew up with. Not bad with the price and easy to hook up to TV or sit there to play as a handheld.

Unit was at a great price and works just fine. There are no issues with it being a redone item.

Very satisfied with this system, concerned at first on the refurbish part, but no worries now. Definitely buy this way again to save money!

The refurbished Nintendo switch came in perfect condition, I have had no issues with the console, and it helped me save a few dollars!

I ordered this as a gift to my son and he really loves it! The shipping is fast I recieve the item before his birthday and I am glad that he’s enjoying playing with his friends everyday and it is great for summer vacation :)
