My son spent quite some time and had fun building it, but didn't play the games as much. Some pieces didn't lock into place very easy like the instructions suggested it does. I think the price is way too much for just cardboard pieces.

I did not completely understand the reason for Nintendo to release this, the whole aspect of it is kind of like legos and have your kids built and use them in the game but it is not necessary and at times it gets in the way of enjoying the game. I would recommend it for kids but if you're an adult or teenager not necessary, it seems more like a money gimmick for Nintendo, which they have a lot already

My brother is having a blast playing with it on Christmas, but it for sure won't last too long because it's cardboard. Very expensive cardboard haha.

This is a very fun accessory for the Nintendo Switch. The only downside is the heafty price.

This is very detailed and tons of parts. Took my 2 kids about 3 hours to make the piano but they had so much fun and were not staring at tv or video games so worth the money.

Still have everything in the box. Can't return. Waste of money. Looks "cool" but not realistic for kids.

This product not only provided quality time with my 10 year-old daughter putting it together: but had a blast playing the games with it. A bit pricey but you're not just paying for cardboard as some reviews lead you to believe. You are also getting the games (software) that this is used with: that has value. But most important is the time and interaction you spend with someone you like to spend time with. Priceless!

If you like a combination of origami+Lego and also like the Switch, this is a good game to pickup. You will need some patience for assembly, but when you're done you will have something fairly sturdy to play with. If you want to make it hold up better, slap on some duct tape. If you want to make it prettier, get out some markers. I think the initial price for these Labo kits was high, but the reduced price is about right.

I purchased this item for my ten-year-old grandson. The instructions were great and he was able to assemble all of the projects by himself. Once they were completed, he has been having a great time playing with them. He spent hours on the building process and has spent many more hours playing on them. While it was expensive, it has been worth the money spent.

This Nintendo Labo kit might seem pricey at $70 "just for cardboard." However, the designs of the kits are quite complex, and feels quite sturdy when put together. The cardboard kits were designed well for ease of putting together, but do note that it does take quite a bit of time to assemble one of the kits - they vary in complexity and can take from 1 to 3 hours per kit. The software also gives you games to use it with, but the software also teaches you how the different sensors work in the games, as well as a general understanding of how the sensors work - so it's educational if you're interested in that kind of stuff as well. I thought it was all very interesting : @@@@@@@
