This works just as it is advertised and allows you to look at the world instead of your phone. It has a bad habit of not disconnecting though. Use a coin and rubber band to hold the button down to make it autocatch/ spin pokestops and this thing is great.

I use the Pokemon go plus when I go geocaching to log steps, stops, and pokemon as I use my phone to find the geocache. Since I bought it, I have doubled the number of eggs hatched and so far the battery has lasted 8 months with weekly use!

I really like the PokémonGo Plus it allows me to spin stops and catch Pokémon without unlocking my phone, which saves on battery life. Plus if you're doing a gym raid you can still catch Pokémon

This is a great way to bump up your catches, even when driving, etc. Easy to respond to the vibration or light without distracting from what you are doing. Easy synch to the game.

We are really enjoying our GO Plus! They are quite easy to connect and make catching Pokemon quick and easy. Some things we don't like are how often it disconnects.

The Pokemon Plus is a great addition to Pokemon Go. I prefer ordered at the Dover store and picked it up when I was in Dover. Great price and works well.

I was able to connect it easily but found its inconsistent reconnecting frustrating. To get it to reconnect after not using it for a day I had to turn off my bluetooth on my phone and then turn it back on. Also, using it to catch pokemon when riding the train is a waste of pokeballs, rarely will anything actually be caught and you will run out of balls quickly. I do enjoy using it while walking for exersie, it allows me to have my fitness tracker app up on the phone and still play pokemon go.

I finally got my hands on the plus and I am pretty happy with it. It's very easy to use and to install. It does disconnect randomly sometimes but not all the time. It would be nice to have a feature where you can just hit pokestops when they're nearby without having to wait for the Pokémon to be caught or run. Also you can only use a pokeball to catch with and you get a lot of Pokémon that run on you. Just make sure you have plenty of pokeballs when using the plus. It helps you by not having to look at your phone all the time though and you can pay attention to where you're walking. Plus it's good for hatching eggs. You can let it run in the background and you'll gain distance while you're walking. Good buy just needs some upgrades though.

It's great at swiping Pokestops, catches pokemon only with a pokeball and you only get 1 shot at that, also you can get walking distance with it to hatch eggs, overall a great device, I just wished it had a rechargeable battery instead of one of those watch batteries.

It is easy to use and easy to connect. It helps hatch eggs quicker and also allows you to get more Pokestop when you select just Pokestop under settings. If you set it up for Pokemon catching, you must habe red balls and it only uses one. Drives me crazy.

Since purchasing this I have gained a ton of XP in the game. Though the main downfall of the item is that it will only through regular pokeballs.

Handy device to catch multiple spawn pokemons. Just make sure you don't use it on rare pokemons! The only draw back is it will disconnect sometimes and also it won't pair to device but just reboot your phone.

It's a good device to conserve battery on your phone however your chances of catching a pokemon are much smaller, you're limited to only pokeballs and only 1 try to catch and that's it. The good thing about this device is that you can use it to get distance in to hatch eggs or get items at Pokestops.

Great item. I bought it for my husband. He likes how easy it is to get stops and Pokémon. It does burn through red Pokeballs but it is worth it for the stardust.

Even though I read many reviews on this accessory, I didn't come across a compatibility issue with my specific device until after I purchased the Go Plus and tried to use it with my device. If you have a Moto X pure edition or certain Droid Turbo devices I would Google your particular device name + Pokemon Go Plus to see if there are any issues with compatibility. When the device wouldn't pair for me I went online and found that it's a common issue with some devices(including mine) and there is a work around but it's a little involved and not reliable. After spending hours of trying to get the device to work I was only able to get it paired once. I will say, when it was paired it was really awesome and I was so disappointed I had to return it. I plan on buying it again when I get a new device and hope it plays well with my new device. I would definitely recommend it for hatching eggs because your device doesn't need to be open with the Go Plus which saves your phone's battery when you're just walking around.

I have purchased 3 of these. It works fantastic when it is working. I am a runner so it makes it very easy to catch and spin stops with out having to break my run. The problem is it sometimes takes 15 minutes to connect then when it disconnects I have to reboot my phone and the plus to get it to reconnect. I tried to resolve this with the manufacturer to no avail. The warranty is a waste.

It was fun to use during the time I was playing Pokémon Go frequently, especially in cities and areas where there was a lot of sunlight and it was difficult to see my phone’s screen to play the game. The battery does slow/die after several months, which is something to be aware of, though it can be replaced if you aren’t sick of the game by then.

With this Pokemon Go Plus, you can catch and spin with your phone closed, or the app on in the background. It's also a great way to gain experience and distance traveled for egg hatching. Highly recommended. Only gave it 4 stars because sometimes you have to reconnect the device or reset when the app goes wrong. Other than that, great buy.

Throws a red poke ball? Yes. No other colors though and when you run out of red you won’t know unless you look at your phone to see the message.
Spin pokestops and gyms? Yes, not every time though there is lag.
Frequently disconnects from Bluetooth. Maybe the app is the problem not sure. Through some app updates it works flawlessly, other updates it becomes a useless paperweight. It’s hit or miss. Exchanged one because it would not connect after a while. Replacement worked well until one of the updates.
Had to replace the battery once so far. Have 2 of these and lost the other one in the snow this past winter, spring thaw I found it and it still worked. Worth the money.
