Good for a large family able to play 5 people in a game. Everyone can be included

I am very happy with my purchase of the wii u! My 4 yr old son got this for Christmas and he plays it almost everyday. It is very user friendly and family friendly. We already had a regular wii system but decided to upgrade and I am happy we did.

I like that it seems to be geared towards the younger kids. My 7 year old loves it and LOVES Mario kart 8. For me? Eh, but I didn't get it for me, now, did I? Or did I, haven't gotten any other Mario games yet, but then, he might find me occupying it and him grounded. Good to be king (if only in my mind). The Internet is very slow and downloading can take decades. Run it over night and hope for the best.

Nintendo comes through again with a fun system that involves the whole family. I appreciate that my little one can help her older sibling complete levels and they are able to work as a team. The graphics are great and the games are kid friendly!

I rather enjoy the wii u and whatever games I have. While it is not the greatest console it is still a console to do a certain job and that is to give the player an experience, and I can say it does it job the moment the game tab is turned on.

Our family enjoys the time we can spend together and we laugh alot playing with the WII

It's a game system it lets my 8 year old play Disney Infiniti. She's happy I'm happy!

Got this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves playing SuperMario Kart 8.

I was thinking on buying PS4, XBOX or WII U, defenetly the best decision i have done, i can play with all the family even my 6 years old son, he really enjoy this, if you are planning to plat with family and friends this is the best choice.

Disappointed we had to download the other two games. When I purchased the item I was told all three were on the console. The box did not tell this, only printed literature inside the box gave this info. But, he loves it and gave it 5 stars.

As far as local gaming goes the Wii U is superior to any other platform. Also this system has some of the best exclusives the industry has to offer. The portable tablet is a bit uncomfortable and I honestly never use it except to start the system. The bundles that the Wii U is included in are kind of unappealing since the Smash one was discontinued, but the console itself is still worth it.

Great piece of technology and something for the whole family. Fun games, nice apps and one of the parent's favorite features...the tablet controller that can control the tv and cable box! Has become our favorite way to watch netflix.

Great system for the whole family. Bought as a gift for my 8y/o daughter who took to it immediately. She has since taught her twin 5y/o bros. how to play and we all now play together. Just a good investment for family time and fun.

I purchased this for my girlfriend for Christmas, and she loved it! I loved purchasing it online and having it ready in the store when I got there. Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Thank you guys at Best Buy!

Chose the WiiU ultimately because it was compatible with the Wii we were replacing after several years of use. Having the control pad display the game in play makes it nice in case there is something on the TV I want to watch.

My older model Will stopped working, my kids wanted another one to continue to enjoy. I purchased this last month and it's great! I like to be able to stream my amazon movies as well when I run on my treadmill. It's the bomb!

I was at my favorite best buy store saw the system on the shelf there was only one on the shelf took my chances purchase for my grandson for Xmas, he called me the next day after xmas he was so excited he loves his new system.

Graphics are pretty cool. First gaming console for kids. Steering wheel for Mario karts is a must. So far it's kids favorite. But note that steering wheel only works with authentic Nintendo remote, aftermarket ones don't fit.
