Purchased to replace a broken Wii and wanted to play the new Smash Brothers. Really pleased with the updated graphics and best that it plays WII games as well. The new versions of Mario Kart and Smash are really fun as well.

This was a Christmas gift to my son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. They have the earlier Wii console they enjoy along with this new Wii and it is part of their family entertainment. They are very happy with both.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my grand kids. They were so excited to finally get one of these. They also got extra games to play. They love this. Its easy for them to understand, they even help granny.

Was purchased for a friend who was bed ridden and needed small amounts of exercise and this really did the trick to help out

My problem is with the geek squad. I left two messages with Sean O'Neill and he never returned my calls. He also was supposed to email me with some hdmi cable recommendations but he never did. Very poor service

So far so good! We got this for our daughter for Christmas as an introduction to gaming and so far she is loving it and having fun. Only thing I have seen a little frustrating is the cumbersome remotes that only work for certain games causing you to buy other remotes for other games. Why couldn't they think to make a universal controller for this system?

For a family that hasn't had a game system in the house before, the Wii U has been the perfect step into the gaming world. My two young daughters enjoy it greatly and it has offered some great family fun times.

I gave it to my son for an early Christmas present and he has not put it down. I joined in on the fun and was amazed at the gameplay as well as the many functions it does, by controlling the tv and directv box.

Our kids were thrilled to receive this for Christmas and have spent many hours playing. The console means that if only one is playing, a TV (and the accompanying sound effects) does not have to be involved.

The ability to play some of the classic Nintendo games along with the new ones is what sold us. My wife takes the controller everywhere because the screen is a great size and can be played without the tv on.
