As a throw back gamer as well as a next gen gamer, I found this system hit the right notes. I can download some nintendo classics to the system in the Nintendo Market as well as play the current Mario Kart. Both scenarios are insanely fun, the graphics are rich and fluid and seeing this in HD makes the whole experience worth while.

Bought the WiiU for my kids for Christmas and they absolutely love it, easy to use and great game play.

Purchasing a game system that will be replaced by Nintendo in less than a year is not ideal but this bundle was priced the same as a used wii u from the competition so it was the logical choice

My kids have transitioned from a regular Wii to a WiiU system pretty seamlessly. Really like the game pad controller and being able to transfer the Miis from the Wii system to the WiiU system.

I got this console for my daughter on her 21st birthday and she couldn't love it more. First game she got? Donkey Kong 64, of course! So many memories from when she was a little rascal, trying to get all of the bananas in every map. Now this is her stress relieve machine while in College! The unit is very solid, great response and very easy to set up. My only grip is the limited internal memory (32 GB only) but that is easily resolved by adding an external hard drive. If you do that, use one of those "Y" type USB connectors to provide enough power to the HD. The USB ports are primarily designed to support a flash drive, but by using both of them - or an external power supply - the issue goes away. I did that with my son's WiiU and added a 1 TB HD with ease.

My daughter truly enjoy playing it, it keeps her busy

As a father who grew up playing video games, starting with Atari, to NES, Super NES, Sega, PS1, PS2, Wii and so much more, I was hesitant to get this with the Gamepad. I have to say, though, I'm so glad we bought this and so is my 7 year old daughter. We have a blast playing together and at her age, we feel its the most appropriate. The controller or gamepad still allows me to play sports games and it not using the nunchuk of the old Wii.

Bought this for the whole family, we all enjoy playing very much, lots of things we can do with this console. Love this gaming system because it is very family friendly, games for all ages!

We purchased this console for our three, soon to be four, year old and he loves it! It is a bit to big for him but he manages. We all enjoy using it! Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Improved graphics, better interfacing controls, and expanded Nintendo game catalog... Now if Nintendo would expand their licensing to other developers so we can play other game platforms!
