A great effort by Team Ninja. It's faster paced than Dark Souls.

Amazing game, purchased cheap from BB. Just wish I woulda already beat it so I would be playing the sequel right now.

What a great ninja game if you're a fan of the hack and slash with a bit of a challenge to it this is a must have plus with ps4 pro looks so amazing

Nioh is a Dark souls inspired game but with a feudal Japan setting and a loot system. If you liked Bloodborne you will like this.

I would even go as far and say a job is not only faster and more responsive than dark souls but also a very beautiful game. Go get it!

Nioh is an action/adventure game with deliberate fighting mechanics that punish players who mash buttons and reward careful thought and consideration. The game places an emphasis on loot which drops from everything and can be a bit taxing to sort through. The boss encounters are challenging and memorable and the level design is focused on many areas that you access via a map screen. There are many side missions that have you replaying the same stages over and over but with different objectives and enemies. The game is very well put together and a lot of fun to play. It is a long game however and replaying stages and the endless loot can become a bit tiresome. I will say that by the end of the game I was experience some Nioh fatigue, but I wouldn't let that stop you from checking out the game.

Very difficult but very fun and addicting. I love that you can play almost every mission with an online friend. Makes the game even more enjoyable!

If you enjoy the Dark Souls game format, you'll already be familiar with this game's mechanics. Because we enjoy the Asian twist, it was even more fun for us.

Sure it is like Dark Souls, but the setting and structure are different enough that it stands on its own. Not for those looking for an easy game.

I am new to Nioh and this game is pretty interesting to play. Definitely for more hardcore gamers that like a challenge.

I picked this up on Black Friday 2020 for $9.99. This game is worth the price. Many fun hours in this game.

This is one of the best Samurai games I've ever played. I got really into this game and the characters. Fun to play as a Samurai.

It's basically onimusha in a dark souls type setting. But combat is deeper than both games combined. If you like dark souls this blows it out the water!

Team ninja did well in this dark souls inspired samurai game. Combat system is miles beyond dark souls and melting up is easy die to great co-op gameplay

Just started playing and so far its good for an experienced gamer. Graphics are very good and combat is challenging. There is no manual save between save points and if you die your forced to start over again.

I'm enjoying this game so far. It's very challenging and has a steep learning curve. But if your patient and stick with it, it's definitely worth the money.

Watched lots of reviews. Sounds like Dark Souls or Bloodbourne but actually has a story to go with it. Wish Best Buy would let me update my reviews after I get a chance to play.
