Nioh is an amazing standalone Action RPG game. It is fluid, entertaining, and challenging. I love it.

Nioh is an awesome game, with the difficulty of a dark souls game but with a completely different style.

This game is ridiculously hard but a learning experience at once. You will die millions of times but you get better and learn from your mistakes. Very different and fun!

While the gameplay is derivative of a Souls-like game, it still manages to have its own style and aesthetic while also offering something new to the genre.

For those who like games such as Dark Souls and Bloodborne, you're in for a treat!!! Nioh is amazing!!

If you're a fan of the Souls games then Nioh should be a good fit for you. A more robust combat system than Souls sets Nioh apart. The level design is fresh and creates a fun new world that developers can build upon in the hopeful sequel. Only a nagging camera and goofy story keep this from being a perfect game, but then again the Souls games have their flaws as well. If you're a fan of samurai and demon slaying then Nioh is a MUST PLAY.

Fun if you enjoy a good challenge and feeling rewarded when you complete a boss fight.
