Nioh is a souls-clone through and through but it's the best one out there. If you have enjoyed any of the Souls games or Bloodborne this game is right up your alley. I think it's a bit easier than the Soulsborne games. My only gripe is the loot system, it's similar to Diablo's where a ton of weapons/armor is always dropping so you will find yourself constantly looking through it to find the best gear. I'd like it to have less gear and a system where you upgrade that armor/weapons with items like in Souls. Still a really good game and will help tide you over until Fromsoft announces their next title.

If you like Ninja Gaiden bloodborne or Dark Souls then this game is right up your alley the art story and gameplay all work together very well definitely worth picking up

This game looks great and plays excellent. Its on the very difficult side that can be extremely rewarding if your into that. You can compare it to Dark Souls. You will die a lot! Or maybe I'm just bad at it. Still its worth having.

Great title and super addictive. If you liked bloodborne then you will enjoy this game as well. It's not as difficult as the souls games but rewarding nevertheless.

Nioh can be daunting at first due to the brutal toughness and slightling overwhelming configurations due to the character’s rpg-light stats boosting and accessories that’s acquired from defeating the varied demonic souls (bosses are wickedly unfair!). It has a mix of Ninja Gaiden or Tenchu, Souls games, and maybe Samurai Shodown gameplay mechanics which are responsive as long you’re willing to improve and accept repeatedly failing in order to master patience. The FUN definitely will come, if not, you must be a lame button masher type of gamer!

Plenty of gameplay with plenty to be had with the looting system. Reminiscent of Dark Souls games but not has hard for me.You will have side missions to do as well.

This game is as hard , if not harder, than Dark Souls 3. Love the gameplay, combat and amazing graphics. If you are into those type of games then this is for you.

If you are a fan of Dark Souls and Ninja Gaiden you will love this. The graphics are amazing and from what I have played so far the story looks to be an epic one.

I am a big fan of the Souls series of games. This game takes that formula and improves upon it. Very deep combat and huge amount of weapons and armor. Great game.

Ninja Gaiden is one of my all time favorite games, so when the company that makes it (Team Ninja) releases a game, I'm sold. This game is overall good, with a few annoyances. The thing I don't like most about this game is the stamina bar, which seems to be an ongoing trend in games now, ever since Dark Souls came out. To me, this really limits the fun of the hack n slash genre. But unlike most games, this one is not nearly as unforgiving as the others. -The combat is very smooth and fast pace, and this games offers a well balance of challenges. -The graphics are top notch as well. From the characters, to the weapons and environments, they did a really good job. Overall, this game has a lot to offer, and it's just as fun as it is challenging. I would definitely recommend it, as it's a solid title.

This is a great take on what I call a Ninja Gaiden and Oninusha mix. Fast action mixed with zombie like creatures. Intense and fun all at the same time.
