If you liked Dark Souls and Onimusha then you will feel right at home with this. Just be warned it doesn't have all the dlc

Pretty similar to the Souls games in a few ways, especially the difficulty. Expect to die a lot and get frustrated, but it's definitely a good challenge.

Good game. Entertaining and Long Gameplay hours. Bang for the buck when it comes to these kind of games.

All I can say is it reminds me of Ninja Gaiden mixed with Dark Souls. What an awesome experience that at times can be challenging but rewarding as well.

I bought this originally to distract me honestly. But since I have bought this I'm not going to lie it is soooo addicting but above all else challenging.

Fighting in Nioh is absolutely sublime; genuinely difficult to think of a better game than Bloodborne. But this one is good all around.

Such a great game it took me by surprise. It feels easier than the souls games. It's strange the levels seem easy but then the bosses are quite difficult.

I am really enjoying this game, but it is not easy. If you enjoy the difficulty of Bloodborne or Dark Souls with even faster gameplay, you will love this.

This game is difficult but rewarding. It is not for the feint of heart. The story is whatever, the gameplay is insane. Very fast. Faster than dark souls.

If you love darks souls you will love Nioh. This game is beautiful, addicting, super fun, and challenging. Definitely worth checking out in my opinion.

Fun and well done. Extremely difficult but in a good way

I've been mostly on the X1 and Switch for a while now, very rarely do I find a game that makes me go back to my PS4. But the reviews on this one were good, and it was hard to find in-store there for a while, but I'm glad I did.

This game is amazing as one of the games in 'Souls' category. Though a lack of variety of enemies, this game still manages to impress and hold it's own.

This game is essentially Ninja Gaiden & Dark Souls hooked up for a one night stand. Nioh is the product of their forbidden love, lots of fun

It borrows heavily from the Dark Souls series, but is unique enough to stand on its own. A lot more fast paced, great graphics, and amazing boss fights.

This game is a bit different from the games that I usually play but overall it’s not bad. It has some good action and a pretty good storyline as well. And most of all you really can’t beat the price for this game.
