The only retaining piece that concerns me are the black clips- they slide off easily. If you can keep those in place you'll be fine.

I use this at work to strap my work keys, and my personal keys on a seperate one to my belt loop. Easy access and so far hasnt broken. Paint does come off easily though

I purchased this to hold a few keys. I’m not confident that it will stay closed after being jostled around in my purse but it has not opened up yet. It’s very easy to add or remove keys.
