We live in Phoenix Arizona where it's HOT- so we walk the dog at night after it cools down. Our cool cat (not to be left out) also walks with us. :) We use a light on their collars when we walk at night. Even though the dog is on a leash & we carry a flashlight, the Nite Ize helps to keep track of her (& hopefully prevents someone from running her over) The cat stays close to us, but she doesn't stay right by our side- so the Nite Ize is esp helpful to see exactly where she is. There are other, cheaper lights & believe me, we've tried them all. Some, you must twist to turn on (what a pain & good luck getting them to stay still long enough to do so) Others, you must push the "button" 3 times. UGH. This brand happens to be SIMPLY THE BEST. They seem to last longer, the light is strong, the batteries are easy to replace. It seems to be a superior product compared to the other less expensive brands. (it was $2 off on Deal of the Day- I bought two)

I was recently introduced to the Nite Ize brand during a recent trip to Best Buy. As I was walking around the store I came across a small section with different "doo-dads" and my eyes were immediately drawn to the high quality carabiners all produced by Nite Ize. I picked up a few that were on sale and immediately fell in love with the brand. Since then I've been on the lookout for more of their products and when this LED Carabiner Light went on sale I didn't hesitate but ordered 2. Once they arrived in the mail I activated the included battery and hooked them up to my two dog's collars. Every walk we have taken since that time has been both safer as well as more enjoyable! The light is strong enough to be seen by oncomming traffic, and the materials are all top notch (which is the case with every Nite Ize product I've seen). Def would recommend!

Great light for my dogs when they have to go do their business in the dark yard.. My yard is deep and hard to see them and this light lets me know where they are at all times. Love it.. Easy to put on collar and comfortable.

This product is ok. I think I only got it as a filler. You need to push the plastic in really hard to get it to go on. To change the battery is fun cause everything just falls out. The light does work and is bright for the size. Nothing special for a 5 star rating.

I clipped this light to my dogs collar so when we go outside at night I can find him. It is very bright and has held up very well.

Bought a second to place in the second dog collar to see my black furred dog during night hikes and night walks.

I gave this to use for her pet sitting job. She put it on her key ring so that it would be easily accessible.

The included batteries were dead when I received them so they were no good to me.

I got this for my dog but it doesn’t really serve any purpose, the second time I tried turning it in it wouldn’t light up.

I bought this as a Christmas present for someone. When I tried to test it, it didn’t work.
