I am writing this review after 2 weeks of usage. Pro’s 1. Attractive design of the bike 2. Better tires 3. Removable Batteries and both can be charged at once with the charger provided in the box. Con’s 1. As mentioned in the specs, the bike range is not 90 miles. On a full charge, bike range goes upto a maximum of 43.5 miles 2. Brakes are not that great and only managable 3. No suspension( for a bike that goes a speed of 20mph it is recommended to have suspension). 4. Position of side stand is irritating because it hard to take the side stand off because of pedal.

I drive it only for 20+ days and it works really well. (already 300 miles) I have put 4 stars because minus of this bike - it is really heavy weight, but it works good.

Bike was easy to assemble, it’s quite fast and I can ride 80-90 miles on a charge. A bit heavy due to the dual batteries, but feels solid. Small display is intuitive,

So this is a really cool bike I must admit the dual battery makes it the best all around for traveling and sight seeing but the problem is and I will never make this mistake again. I paid bestbuy to assemble the bike for me so I didn’t have to screw anything up and we’ll long story short the guy that did it messed up my bike I found 2 important screws that were not secured properly and one of the 2 was stripped because the guy putting it together was careless and did it wrong. I basically had to take the whole back end apart to fix this bike and the stripped screw hole concerns me…. But the thing I noticed when riding it, is I do not go “28mph” it definitely goes 20 but it doesn’t do 28.9 or whatever it claims it does unless the issue is the guy that put it together screwed something up that I don’t understand? Also the breaks had to be redone and adjusted as they literally did not stop me when I went for a test ride. Was very disappointed in bestbuy on this purchase and not even sure what my options are at this point

I took a bit of time to write a review for this bike. I only rode it for 6 months before it did the infamous clicking then hall error, essentially disabling my bike. Took it to my local e-bike repair shop, and he mentioned that it is likely that either there is something wrong with the hub itself or the hall sensor in the hub burned out. I know this is Niu's first foray into e-bikes, but they really need to level up their e-bike design and test, their currents and thermals, and update their parts, or better yet, make them servicable, by sourcing more open-market parts.

Its good. It does what it supposed to. I already have a flat tire and barely had this bike.

I love it! Im weak and this is theperfect way to still be able to bike casually and to get around for shopping and work! I recieve nothing but awe from other e-bikers with this excellent double battery power!

This Ebike was everything my brother was looking for to get him from A to B battery life is excellent it doesnt take long to recharge and the ride is smooth as can be seating is comfortable and he loves the digital monitor is has on the front its very handy

Is a great bike works like a charm but make sure to lock fender in place

The bike had a good manual but does not have a maintenance section. When i got it I needed to adjust brakes and it was difficult to do it myself without searching up instructions online.

Overall the bike is decent. For the negative, it's a bit under powered and I had a heck of a time getting the front brake aligned. It's still not perfect, I plan to take it to a bike shop to get that done. The fenders are a bit wobbly as well. On the good side there is some value here having built in lights, a really solid rear rack, and a very low maintenance belt drive. I use it to take my daughter home from school and she loves riding on the back in a child seat.

One of the best purchases yet! Fast and kind delivery. The bike itself has been a game changer for my daughter who not only uses it for recreational purposes but also as a daily commuter. Performance has been prime - easy for her to handle and overall solid construction.

Very great buy and well worth the price, just note the 90 miles is not at max assisted speed at that you get about 25 miles but at assist one it gets all of the 90 miles it promises.

Great fun easy to put together very comfortable easy to learn how to use

Bike came with scuffs all over parts directly out of the box. About a week of riding the brakes never worked well and squeaked after countless hours of adjustments. Front fender is flimsy. But the major issues is the bike would sometimes require a restart to get the motor working again and as of the last day I have had random fantom acceleration issues that make the bike unsafe to ride. Would be cruising at about 20 mph and it would jerk and start going fast, slow down and go full speed again. I also had it take off once with no input. Luckily the brake levers have motor cutouts or I would have been injured. Also the charger gets over 150 degrees f when charging the bike and it is super loud. Like the charger makes really awful hissing and squealing noises that just seem sus at best. This is a horrible unsafe bike. Don't buy anything from them. I will be taking this injury waiting to happen back to bestbuy today. Hopefully they don't charge me restocking as this bike is unsafe garbage to put it charitably.

It hasn't been 1 year since i purchased this n about 2 months ago the screen stopped working

excellent bicycle i ever had , easy to assmbly and nice to use

It gets you anywhere fast. Nice design, easy to build - less than an hour. So much fun to ride. Steeo uphill with 12..15mph - straight 28mph without much if an effort. The brakes are adequate, but I will upgrade them to hydraulic brakes. Nice display, great lighting - good visibility at night. In the city this bike can easily replace a motorcycle.

The ebike is fun to ride but I haven’t got over 50 miles an hour speed wise and the distance is great. My fist trip I went 14 miles and stil had about 84% of battery life left Great!! Make sure the handle bars are turn the right way when putting it together. The geek squad was no help!
