Very sturdy. Very fast. Solid construction. We wish it had a bracket for cell phone. Overall we love it! It is my daughter's favorite thing to do.

I just purchased the Niu 100f and his product is actually amazing at its price point in comparison to all the others I’ve reviewed. Its state of the art specs and features are non existent on other models such as the folding handle bar, grip throttle, and suspension. The only downside, I really wish it was Apple “ find my” capable. And the battery doesn’t last as advertised either. I used up 60% in about an hour of use. Acceleration is fast and handling is great!

This ride is legit! The portability is like nothing on the market because of the weight and folding handlebar. Its fast and feels very sturdy. If range is your concern dont be! This can go and keep going for 10 plus miles at full speed!

Amazing build quality, rides smooth thanks to the front suspension and 9.5 inch air filled tires. Specs on the best buy website are wrong .Top speed is at 17.4 mph and max range is 18 miles.Folding handlebars are great for storing in closets or in the car. App lets you customize acceleration speed, speed limit and charge percentage limit to prolongue battery health. You can also lock the scooter on the app and trigger an alarm. Overall a great value for the price

Very impressive scooter for the price. excellent quality. Front shocks puts this on top from the rest of budget scooters. Would give this 5 stars if i was able to connect to the bluetooth and take advantage of all the features. Ive tried to updating the phone and app but not able to; also tried 3 different phones and different account but still unable to connect. Scooter works great without the app.

You get quality and perforamce for a lot less money than the competition. Many reviewers on youtube describe the item as a marketing ploy to sell this scooter for less than what it cost to make it. Niu wants to draw more customers into the scooter market. It worked on me and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

The battery lasts a long time. I use it for school and don’t have to charge it every day. And it fits in my small car easily.

Really the best one for the budget but mine had problems with the bluetooth and that was never solved but best buy really pulled it off, they let me exchange it with KQi100p with only paying the differences(not even the tax again). I really like the way they handled it and would again buy electric scooters only at Best Buy.

The NIU KQi 100F takes me where I need to go in an expedient manner.

The scooter is good and foldable but i try many time connect to app for iphone is impossible to me i dont know the bluetooh not working in iphone but an android is good is a shame not fix the app

Bought this for my teenage son. Has worked great, Sturdy and well built. We did not know this brand and got it on sale, but so far it has shown to be a good quality scooter. Very happy with the purchase.

Been using this for 3 weeks now. It works well for what it does. Charge time is 5 hours from 0 to full.

Very nice scooter. I haven't had any issues with it. It's very fun to ride with your teens. I would recommend this to anyone. It's a great scooter for the price you pay compared to other scooters around that price.
