Do not buy, Battery dead after 6 months, costumer service is horrible, one of the worst i have ever seen, this item is not part of the bestbuy total protection. DO NOT BUY!!!

The Bluetooth fails to work after less than a month and you have to ship to a repair center. This is a manufacturing defect. As well, the screws holding the handlebar grips and turn signals in came stripped and fall out, leaving the handgrips loose.

One of the lightest scooters at this level. Can fold and pick up easy. Speed is as advertised and i’ve used it to commute in the city. Range has been close as i usually ride at max speed which drains it a bit faster. Overall very happy with this scooter!

This is my second NIU KQI kickscooter. I bought my first KQi3 when they did a presale a couple years ago. I still ride that one, but I wanted to upgrade to the Air because I use my scooter for commuting, and the KQi Air seemed the perfect match. Although I haven’t used it yet for my morning and evening commute, I know that this is going to be super easy to move around the subway with. Also, the build quality is definitely a step up from my KQi3 (which was already better than Segway and Gotrax). $1000+ for a scooter seemed steep, but I can see why it costs this much.

Out of the box the scooter handle was wobbly and the handle bar miss aligned with the wheel. The customer service is horrible ans they made me send the scooter back to fix it. I sent the scooter and got it back after a month, when after me following up on the repair 3 times. I got my scooter back and the handle bar is still miss aligned with the wheel. I reached our to them and they want me to send the scooter back for repair. This is just unacceptable. There was no apology, nothing for all the inconvenience. I don't recommend this brand to anyone, and make sure your scooter doesn't pass 11 miles as then you can't returned it and you're stock with it.

This e-scooter's lightweight design makes it incredibly easy to maneuver and transport. I love how effortless it is to carry up my stairs or load into my car. This lightweight scooter still finds a way to be durable as well. I love it!!!
