Had it for a few months . So far it’s perfect . It’s a good speed . A lot of my coworkers want one now . I love that it folds down so I can take it into my job. Good quality for sure .

Amazing scooter with lock feature from the app,easy foldable design and fits in perfectly inside a sedan trunk. The app is very efficient and gives you maps and riding stats. Throttle response and braking is at perfection. After a complete charge the charger auto shuts off so the battery doesn't swell a great feature to have. I got 4hrs of ride time with single charge. Best purchase and super affordable compared to major brands.

The scooter is a good quality machine, however the one i got had an issue with the rear tire. The access to tech support is even harder, you are required to ship the scooter back to them and hope for a reasonable estimate. Overall its a decent scooter, but the support is hard to access!

We love this e-scooter! It’s very fast and has a great range! Very easy to use and has an app that you can download on your phone.

Perfect for my 9 miles daily use. Just wish for a actual horn instead of the little bicycle bell. But for the price I really can't complain about anything. It doesn't get you anywhere near the 25mi range, expect something around 13 to 15mi. Not a good hill climber(hence the lack of power), but since my route is mostly flat, it's fine.

Bought 2 for my teenage boys. They enjoy riding these scooters. Perfect speed.

It works really well, everything about it is responsive. It picks up speed well and most of the time the speed will be at 17 or 18, it has to concentrate for it to hit 19. BUT my only concern and it is a big one for me is the battery life, i use it to commute to work but i suspect that the 25 mile range is false, i find myself charging it too often. And the most i use it for per day is like 3 miles max. It does not last me the whole week, 3 days max with no charge till i have to charge it again. But overall pretty good besides my battery life complaint.

Very sturdy construction, nice speed, and awesome ride. Only thing is it a little heavy to carry around.

It worked very well except It was stolen on the same day that I puri it. The item did not have an automatic tracer attached. It was have been very helpful if it came with the tracer embedded in it. The scooter is a very popular item in the Austin area for college student. The company should place a software tracer for a small fee.

Very well built and it's fast and fun. Not crazy fast but faster then most others and perfect for the beginner rider

The NIU KQi2 Pro feels very fast and sturdy. I've personallly never owned a scooter before, but the speed is fast, its decent. A lot of people say its built very sturdy, and I can agree. Even with no suspensions, it does great. Though the battery indicator does go down fast, this is only if I use the normal mode instead of e-save.

Definitely worth purchasing. Scooter rides very smoothly, allows you to monitor the speed and fun.

Bought this scooter for my work commutes (around 4 miles round trip) and it has held up perfectly over the last 10 months. The build quality is impressive and find it to be very portable given it's size.
