Amazing scooter for the price! Would buy again. Run tjmes and speeds are accurate according to the description.

Getting this on sale is such a good buy. Wife loves it. Great for fun, adventure, and even light shopping with a backpack if you have a convivence store down the street. We haven't tested it's limits for battery capacity, but we haven't need to charge it as much as I was thinking we were going to have to. App is nice and tracks your routes if you want. You do need the app to lock the device and unlocked it's max speed tho.

I bought this scooter for my daughter and she loves it. It’s very well-built it handles well, and overall the scooter is worth the value.

Great scooter but had to return it after a couple weeks. Fast and responsive. Good value, but folding mechanism sucks. I bought it as a last mile mobility solution. I needed it to fold and the folding mechanism is terrible. There's lots of reports online of people having the same problem. I found a YouTube video of how it's supposed to fold and mine did nothing of the sort. Niu customer service was of no help. Also, it comes out of the box with the speed limited to 8 mph, less than half the advertised speed. I had to fiddle around on the app to figure out how to remove the speed limiter. No mention of this in the instruction manual. The first time I rode it I felt embarrassed going down the street so slowly.
