Great scooter but had to return it after a couple weeks. Fast and responsive. Good value, but folding mechanism sucks. I bought it as a last mile mobility solution. I needed it to fold and the folding mechanism is terrible. There's lots of reports online of people having the same problem. I found a YouTube video of how it's supposed to fold and mine did nothing of the sort. Niu customer service was of no help. Also, it comes out of the box with the speed limited to 8 mph, less than half the advertised speed. I had to fiddle around on the app to figure out how to remove the speed limiter. No mention of this in the instruction manual. The first time I rode it I felt embarrassed going down the street so slowly.

Great customer service, had a issue with my item purchased and got a replacement.

Nice, easy to use. Battery last a while . I haven’t charged mine since I bought it 3 weeks ago use it for a mile 5 times a week

Awesome scooter with great build quality, but i had to move to the max because if my weight, other than that great scooter

They are great scooters, but about a week after purchase we had to get a bike pump because the tires wouldn't hold air. They are very durable though and have a good weight to them so I feel safe but not to heavy or inconvenient to fold up for the bus.

Great scooter for the price. My 13 y/o son rides it everywhere. It folds so ots compact for travel as well. Quick charge too.
