Great scooter. Bought this as my first electric scooter and I love it. Great speed and distance on a charge. It has great styling with a nice light. Excellent build quality. Only issue is going up hills its not that strong.

I had purchased a scooter for myself for fun and my son really liked it. I found this Niu model that has better safety features and I can program the max speed. It looks stylish and speeds up quick. It has a halo DRL up front that makes it visible to other vehicles and a strong brake light in back. It was a great 12th birthday gift and he rides it often with me on mine. We're coming up on 2 yrs and it's still one of his favorite things.

Overall, the NIU KQi2 Pro is a very good commuter scooter for its price range. It’s stylish, well-built, and smart-featured. But it’s not perfect, there are real-world limitations (range, weight, reliability) that you should weigh against your priorities.

Awesome scooter, from the front lights to the tail lights to the handling. I mean it holds 220 pounds I’ve even put more weight on it, excellent battery with self recharging system whenever goin downhill's and the speed is perfect not too aggressive hut perfect for croosing around and having a good time.

I've had the scooter for more than a month, and it still works. The duration of the battery is excellent, I have been with 2-3 weeks without charching it (with the use of 4 times a week). The accelerator and the breaks work fine along with the app, which lets me record how much I am traveling. It is a little heavy to carry around, but it can fold for better storage and for carrying it, 10/10 Would reccommend.

Works great, saves me and my husband money on gas if we wanna go to the store or something. Keeps a charge, it did say “you unlock spot mode when you reach 200 meters”. It has a safety mph lock on it till you get a good feel to the scooter. It says it reaches about 17mph and we got up to 9. Maybe we will unlock sport mode soon but idk. I still love it and I’m glad I bought two of these scooters. They fold down to be more compact, and you need an app to ride them, so no one can just take your scooter and ride it around which is nice, you can also lock it if need be too.

Very good quality electric scooter, perfect amount of speed and range imo, just wish it had a brighter headlight for night-time riding.

This was my first electric scooter that I used for commuting to work. The advertised range seriously surprised me. They advertise 25 miles, but that is on "Eco Mode" and that speed is at 10mph. The range of going max speed 17.4mph results in a range of 10 miles. However, I feel that most other companies also do this form of deceptive marketing so it is not unique to Niu. The scooter got me to work and back, and that's enough for me. The battery started to degrade after about 6 months or 300 miles, but I was able to charge at my workplace, so it did not affect my daily routine. I commuted 8 miles total (4 each way) and I needed to charge a little bit at least at both my home and work for me to commute. For the price, it's good. I purchased the geek squad warranty and would recommend that. I ended up getting a flat tire and brought it in for repair, and Best Buy gave me store credit for the purchase price of this scooter. I decided to upgrade my scooter with more milage and slightly higher top speed

We bought this scooter for our Granddaughter to get around campus. She loves using it when she has class that is quite a distance from her dorm. She has no complaints at all. The only problem that she has had was accidently putting it into eco mode. We purchased on black Friday and got a really good deal!

Few things. Let's talk about the pros. -Good for running quick errands -Speed is decent. -Looks good. -Lights are adequate. Cons -The plank could be wider. -Tyres could be bigger. -Charging takes 7 hours.

I gave it to my 12 yr old son as a birthday gift. It’s amazing, quality is great, battery lasts long. Highly recommended!

It’s excellent. I use it to go to work every day, and the battery lasts more than a week.

It works really well, everything about it is responsive. It picks up speed well and most of the time the speed will be at 17 or 18, it has to concentrate for it to hit 19. BUT my only concern and it is a big one for me is the battery life, i use it to commute to work but i suspect that the 25 mile range is false, i find myself charging it too often. And the most i use it for per day is like 3 miles max. It does not last me the whole week, 3 days max with no charge till i have to charge it again. But overall pretty good besides my battery life complaint.

Build quality is good, has 2 year warranty compared to most you find on Amazon that only has 90 days. It’s comfortable to ride, very sturdy handle bar and have lots of feature you wouldn’t find on other electric scooter at its price range. brakes are good, also has regen braking which helps extend battery life, helps with overall braking. Other feature I like is that you can lock it so nobody can just hop on and ride away with it. Highly recommend this.

This scooter is great. Bought for my 14 year old daughter and she absolutely lobes it. Its pretty fast amd has a decent range of 25 miles. Highly recommend and it’s fairly affordable.

I bought an electric scooter from best buy for my son this past Christmas, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was top-notch, and I was given an amazing deal. They even helped me choose the best scooter for his needs. Some friend of my kids bought elsewhere and had to return those when the saw the quality and good deal on the one I got from Best buy. The post-purchase service was just as impressive—everything was delivered on time. I bought this last year for my son on Christmas, im back to leave a final review! This scooter is AMAZING! My son takes it to school everyday. Even was left in the rain all day while he was in school and no rust, nothing (it has happened on several occasions) this year im upgrading my son to a faster scooter for his 17th birthday! But I highly recommend this scooter if your worried about buying something that wont last!! It’s still going strong and it was worth every hard working dollar!!
