It keeps a charge. And the water resistance is just right. It folds down for conveniences and is not too heavy for my 13 year old to carry. All in all I will be buying again for the next child

Top speed is as listed, as is the max range (although only in econo mode). Real world range with a upwards of 250 max weight on board in turbo mode is more like 20 mile

Great on flat smooth surfaces. Uses lots of juice to get home as I live in a hilly neighborhood. Lack of suspension makes for a rough ride but overall it works as advertised.

My new Niu

I should have bought this instead of their latest Air model, which I do not recommend. The max has great speed and stability. I hope the bluetooth connectivity holds up.

Good but tires are an issue

I had an issue with rear tire holding air once I figured that out it was good! But then the front tire felt out of balance at higher speeds felt bumpy. NIU based on their website wants you to send the scooter back to them to fix it. Too much of hassle thank you Best Buy for standing by returns at this point I was frustrated and rather spend my money on a scooter without issues at this price range.
