    Worked fine for two weeks. Earlier today it started beeping couldn't make it stop. It finally shut off, we charged it, and now we can't turn it on. I took off handle bars and unplugged connection to try and reset it. Still can't turn it on after reconnecting. I can honestly say I have never bought something this expensive that stopped working so quickly. It is unbelievable. Best Buy won't take it back, have reached out to NIU for help. Considering getting legal representation.

    Great scooter! better than competitors like bird, segway, gotrax. I tried them all. The similar models of all those brands that has around 30-40 miles range with max speed around 18-24. Niu is the best one. The app actually works unlike Bird. The speed and handling are great. Brakes work really well. Absorbs road bumps very well too even though it doesn't have suspension. Overall highly recommend.

    This baby can take you anywhere just watch the milleage, also weight cuts a lot of milleage. The app sks since doesnt fully record past trips.
