Recommendation depends on customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received May 13th for my daughter. Less than 3 months and 100 miles later it no longer turns on. Battery charges fine but unit does not power on. Suspiciously, the problem seems to have happened after a firmware update. Spoke with customer service who sent me a link for a repair request. Only option is to send it back for repair within 7 days if/when they determine its eligible. Good luck finding a box to ship it in if you haven't kept the original. And they still may deny the repair depending on how they feel. Would not recommend just because of this inconvenience and I'm not hopeful considering similar things I've read.
