Victim of best buy sending cheaper sport version. Now all that wasted time waiting, driving to store to return, and distrust bestbuy will make same mistake again.

Great scooter for the price point - I caught it on sale for $250 off but still would have paid full price for it. I ride anywhere from 2-10 miles a day and have great response and battery life. Tackles 90% of hills at 10-15mph. I can get up to 21mph in favorable conditions, but I only weigh ~140lbs, ymmv. My only con is that it's definitely heavier than expected, I rarely carry it folded unless absolutely necessary.

I absolutely love this scooter! It’s fast, smooth, and super convenient for quick trips around town or just cruising for fun. The build quality feels solid, the battery life easily lasts me through a day’s worth of errands, and it charges up faster than I expected. The ride is stable even over rougher sidewalks, and the brakes are responsive and reliable. Definitely one of the better purchases I’ve made this year — highly recommend it if you’re looking for a fun, practical, and eco-friendly way to get around!

This scooter is absolutely fantastic! It’s fast, smooth, and handles bumps really well. The battery lasts a long time, making it perfect for daily commutes or weekend rides. The build quality feels solid and durable, and it folds easily for storage or transport. Definitely a great investment for both fun and convenience.

As a student, the NIU KQi3 Pro has truly been a game-changer for my daily commute. It's incredibly convenient, efficient, and budget-friendly for short to medium distances. What I love most: ✅ Excellent Braking System – The brakes are very responsive and reliable, which is super important for city riding. ✅ Stable and Smooth Ride – Whether on smooth pavement or slightly uneven paths, it feels safe and well-balanced. ✅ Long Battery Life – One full charge lasts longer than expected. It easily covers my daily travel and more without needing a recharge. ✅ Good Mileage – The range is impressive. I rarely worry about running out of power.

It’s a good reliable scooter it wasn’t cheap as a 200$ scooter but it’s been taking care of me by not having to walk miles home after work. It’s good for the price battery says will last for 5 years so that’s good, light is super bright and I can adjust it an angle I like to shine on ahead of me. I’m being careful it goes kind of fast and there are bumps I have to look out for it doesn’t seem to have springs to handle it but advise on wearing helmet to being careful on going 21 mph or more of downhill. I’ve had intrusive thought of stepping my foot off scooter while it’s at max speed and that’s one concern about it. Overall I want to attach a trailer or storage and maybe a seat on it for going long distance travel I will check other products like that out.

My wife and I each have a Niu scooter and we love them. They are smooth riding, use friendly, and hold a charge well. App allows you to adjust max speed for safety or comfort level. Would highly recommend.

It is very sturdy, good battery life even when going at max speed. You can travel pretty far not having to worry about your battery or the scooter being unstable. Very fast, smooth ride, lightweight for the speed it goes. The light at night isn’t the best but you can still see everything you need. And the locking is very easy with the app. The lock that I bought is pretty convenient but I have to put it through the wheel.

This was the perfect Christmas gift for my son! My kid love it, it reaches a 20 mls speed and pretty robust, easy to charge, move around, even though is a little bit heavy to carry around. Definitely needs adult supervision, the app works but you need to carry the phone will riding, and since its on my app and not my son, still not a big issue, works great and highly recommend it.

Very sturdy, keeps a steady 19-20 MPH on flat ground, and has been reliable as an alternative mode of transportation to driving a car. About to switch to using this full-time, in fact. However, if you want to put air in the tires you should invest in a good air pump, or at the very least an extender. The one that comes in the box is terrible, it tends to release all the air in the tire regardless of how you put it on. The only other complaint is that the app isn't compatible on all phones, and the app has a tutorial to fully unlock its speed. If that happens, you can find an easy alternative online (I found help on Reddit), and then the tutorial is pretty simple and quick to get through. The other minor downside is that it's only graded to be useable in light rain, so no riding this in any rain heavier than that. Beyond that, That may sound like a lot of negative, but honestly these have been minor gripes for me. I highly recommend this scooter to anyone looking for an alternative to driving, or even just for fun.

This scooter gave me a little trouble on setup. Some of the screws in the stem didn't want to line up properly. The scooter itself was quick and carried my son and I around the neighborhood at 20mph. He weighed 45 lbs at the time and I weighed 226. It has no issues. I rode it from the gate at my job when my wife dropped me off and it was great. Saved me a five minute walk through the parking lot. I rode it home and to work a couple times and that's when the issues began. Mechanically the scooter was great but there was comfort issues for longer distances. I live 5 miles from my job and just that short distance had my ankles and knees hurting from all the bumps due to the lack of suspension. It also felt sketchy riding it on the side of the road but that's a personal problem. If the invest in suspension in future models I'll give it 5 stars. Also upgrade the water resistance rating please. I don't wanna worry about the scooter if I get caught out in a thunderstorm on the way home. I returned it due to those issues.

I understand the not so good reviews. We went through the set up process without giving it enough attention. We ended up “unbinding” the scooter and “re-binding” the KQi 3 and things went much smoother for setup following the instructions more carefully. I found this scooter to be faster than my Ninebot G30 Max. It does have a less smooth deceleration when releasing the throttle than the G30. That was very noticeable. The Segway Ninebot was smoother riding, but the Qi3 was definitely faster and “peppier” than the Ninebot. If you want a fast scooter for the money, this is it. Build quality is fantastic. Highly recommend the Niu KQi 3.

It's great scooter, the built is like a super american quality. The only down side is weight, that also because it has good quality heavy material build. I took is to reach to bus station and then take it in the bus, but its doesnt meant to take it in the bus with you. Managing it can be difficult task. I am still happy because scooter delivers what it promises.

Fun scooter. Quiet. 20mph is plenty. Keeps yourself from being too dangerous. The scooter handles hills great. It does slow to about 15 mph but the climbing is impressive. There isn’t much suspension on the scooter, so hitting bumps and cracks in the road can be annoying. One of the best parts of the scooter is the ability to fold it in half and lock it quickly and easily. I throw it in the back seat of my vehicle. Overall the scooter is excellent.

I got this scooter for my son and he is very happy. It goes far and the battery life stays charged. The locking feature is one of my favorite things. He can lock the scooter thru the app on the phone if someone messes with the scooter it will let him know. It lives up to it true speeds and I love the light on the front it is nice and bright when dark. He is very lit up so people can see him. Although best to maintain safety I feel extra secure with those extra features to help with safety along with the bell to give people a heads up he is coming. It was pretty easy to use. He had everything figured out within a day even how to switch to mph.
