It’s very useful if all places allow to bring scooter in. Some stores are not allowed even tho fold the scooter and carry it. I got Rose Gold couple month ago and this is second scooter. Somehow the way ride scooter feels different. This black one is way stable than Rose gold one. Both same KQi3. Also if there is no NIU store around your area it’s hard to replace or fix the scooter.

Fun and fast!! First time escooter rider. Was worried about learning curve at first but it’s so easy to learn. 10/10!!

My child rides this scooter to school almost everyday and for cooling down during hot summer.

In comparison with other scooters, it’s like a motorcycle. It is very powerful and I am very satisfied with it.

I did my research on scooters before purchasing a NIU. There were lots of good reviews which is why I am writing this one. The scooter appears to have some defect within the rear wheel assembly as it has fallen off twice, most recently while riding it causing me to crash. I reached out to customer servicevfor assistance. They sent a link to complete a repair request online. The link didnt work and it took several emails and another week to get the correct link. It has been over 3 weeks since i completed tge service request and i have still not heard back from anyone! I have emailed 5 times with no response. They have a phone number, which i have called numerous times and ALWAYS receive a recording saying the line is busy, try later. I paid almost $600 for this scooter and cannot get anyone to respond to a customer service request.

So far so good. Goes exactly as fast as I’d like. Smooth ride. Will update if malfunction within one year

I like this one i bought the kqi2 pro for my sister she like it because it big . But i like this one kqi 1 pro its smaller but perfect for me but it supposed to have the colorful dashboard but it has the number meter but which is cool I wonder if they have different displays are they just accidentally gave me the speed monitor display but i like how it shoe the speed veres color

Hightly recommend, i am loving it. Daily use for 3 months, so far no problem, battery is good.
