I took a chance and bought 3 of these at the same time, for me and my two children to ride together. When they work they are great, but after only a few months of normal usage, 2 OF THEM HAVE COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING. Best Buy gives no support for these. You have to go through NIU directly and their customer service is terrible. You have to go through a very lengthy online process and then MAIL IT TO THEM IN TEXAS! (This thing weighs like 45 lbs and costs a fortune to mail.) I was able to get one of them fixed with a great deal of trouble, but it looks like the other one has become a big expensive paperweight. I am VERY dissatisfied and would NOT buy one of these.

Please do not buy any products from NIU. Their customer service process sucks. I am facing so many issues with them. Their Products are getting motor issues. They ask you to send it to them for repair. You have to spend some amount in order to send the product. They did not repair the product and sent it back with the same issue in addition another products are broken for this heavy item. They are asking me to send it back again. After I spend so much of amount for this product, I am still spending amount which is worst. The packing from their repair center is worst and product can damage even more. Please be cautious while spending on these NIU products.

Just bad tires suck lasted 2 weeks and the company said get lost to me

Terrible scooter the wheel locked on my multiple times. Then the handle bar got very wobbly casuing me to crash at 20 miles an hour. Do not buy this scooter if you value your saftey. As far as battery life its also terrible only got 13 and half miles on it before it died so less then half the advertiesd 30 needless to say its going back never again will I go with any NIU products.
