Bought this for my mom for Christmas. So easy to send pictures from the app and she gets excited every time we send a picture of us and our grandson. Now my dad wants one for his work desk, so it’s been a big hit in the family so far. I have a brookstone digital frame but feel the quality of Nixplay and the app are better than Brookstone by a mile.

It took at little to figure out how to add photos and I didn't realize it would take a subscription to make it available to our extended family, but my parents will love it. I uploaded our last three family events so they can watch for hours of memories and enjoyment.

Enjoy pictures sent by my family some old and recent pictures. Brings back memories and keeps me informed.

We like it. However, the only downside is the video storage.. their software limits the amount you can display. if you want more, you will have to pay…

We are enjoying the pictures because you can go long ways are up and down. Also the remote is a great upgrade from some of the other units we have had. It allows you to configure the system the way you would like it new pictures are old pictures.

Did not work! Had a terrible time trying to get help. Spent 3 days to find out they couldn't help.

I ordered this during lockdown as I wanted to have something to stare at with nice positive pictures, and something that wasn't my phone or tablet, which I spend too much time on. 13 inches gives me a good display and this thing really shines when I upload high-quality pictures. I wanted to see a bunch of pictures of vintage muscle cars, so I downloaded them from Pinterest and shot them up onto the frame, using the mobile app. Looks awesome. One comment though; it would be way better if I could upload my pictures directly from Pinterest to the frame, rather than go thru Nixplay. But maybe these guys will fix that as I left them the feedback and they said they'd let their 'Product' team know. I was pleasantly surprised someone even replied to me at all. Let's see. Glad I made the choice to buy this.
