SO DISAPPOINTED
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were disappointed to find out that the hardware required to mount this item on drywall (which we assume is one of the most common types) did not come with this wall mount. After calling Samsung they told us that this part is sold separately but we had to call a third party part dealer and this could take 4-6 weeks. The mounting hardware missing was "F" and "G". We could not be more disappointed!! I still haven't found a third party parts dealer who actually has the part that we need. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Not compatible with Q6 models

I have a 75" Q6F 2018 model, and once I did try to mount it, it is not compatible so I had to return it; this should be clearly informed to not make people waste time and money getting the wrong model

NOT compatible with all reported TVs

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is NOT compatible with 75" Q9FN tvs. The box includes instructions for mounting Q9FNs but it includes several pieces that were not in the box. I thought the package was missing several pieces but when I reached out to Samsung, I was told that those pieces are sold separately. Why would you say a mount is compatible with a particular TV if it doesn't come with all the required pieces, which have to be purchased separately.
