Phone features are amazing and battery life is phenomenal.

Great phone it was a birthday gift for my 15 year old son

So far,my wife's loving it,it's a great Smartphone.

I do like the phone, but Its slow to charge, and the face cam is really bad, My friends will not face time because the sound on there end makes a chirping/squeaking noise every few seconds. I tried to return it, and I but they will charge a $40 ish fee to restock , and the phone was $113 openbox. So what is good about it ,, now it runs android 10 with updates for a few years. Feels good hold and not cheap even tho the body is made of plastic. The bad,, well any kinda video call is bad..deal breaker for me.. the screen is okay ,, but out side on a bright day is hard to see even at 100% and its slow to charge.. I can not use this phone, and it's to much of a restocking fee to return it, I will just use it around the house as a small tablet I guess.

This seemed like a nice phone for someone. I have ATT and used ATT with this phone. However, it would not receive calls nor could I make any. I returned this phone before the 14 days and was charged $45 restocking fee even though there was nothing wrong with the phone it just wouldn't function in my area. I purchased another phone and was charged $10 transfer fee. So, I spent $55 to return a phone that cost around $120. The new phone I purchased is even worse. I won't return it because I do not want to pay the $45 restocking fee. I'm just going to sell it. My experience was not a good one. I'm totally disappointed.

Yes, it is a nice phone. Don't know how to use it. Is it an i-phone or a Smart phone. Don't know the difference anyway. Do you give classes on how to use this phone. I only know how to turn it on and turn it off. Yes, the seller told me a couple of things, but I didn't write them down, and I forgot when I got home. I am the older generation, and know nothing about this phone. No instruction manual. Everybody that buys a phone isn't 20 or 30 years old. Yes they know everything about them. Please help. I need some classes.

The phone was opened a month after the purchase. It was a gift for a family member. As soon as, it was opened, the screen had black lines meaning there was hardware issue. I quickly went to the store, but was told that it is no longer returnable and I should talk to the Nokia company. I am a life long customer of Best Buy. Really embarassed for their customer service. Regretting my decision and will have hard time purchasing in future.

My wife bought this phone and began complaining about the dreaded no storage available almost immediately keep away from this one folks

Very unhappy. The product is shaky, doesn't work with single touch. You need to press high for the touch options to work. Super disappointing.

Phone was sent without the wall charger. I could not find a way to ask for it from you.

Looks nice. Works fine with included apps, but if you download more than 2 or 3 apps, the phone will lag. If you need to send messages quick, this phone is not for you. The camera takes about 30 seconds to load, then freezes for another 30 after each pic is taken. There is no 'gallery' to view your pics...they get scrambled up in a 'files' folder, leaving you to search for them. The phone freezes during phone calls, to which I've wasted about 1000 minutes, because I can't hang it up...and you can't remove the battery, forcing you to just wait for it to work again. You have to constantly exit out of apps and restart them because the phone isn't powerful enough to start them up most of the time. This phone may be good for playing games or using minimum tools or apps, but if you need to use anything on it quick...I would not recommend this phone. It's simply a toy, and rarely compatible with anything not already installed on it.

The only thing bothersome ,that when I ##786# RTN doesn't open ....from which I am able to see condition of this. Phone . I bought brand new unlocked . Why RTN doesn't comes up I tried #*#*786*#*# too. I need to see the condition from my own eyes

I bought this phone to potentially replace my old Note8, or for a second phone. As I trusted the 4.2/5 reviews. But after powering up and attempting the activation, discovered it was junk. Sluggish memory AND functionality, and does not have a standard apps window like most smartphones (where you tap into to check your running apps). And your finger has to fight just to tap into and scroll around the preinstalled apps. I returned it.

One of the slowest phones in every way, ever. Then again, you get what you pay for. Can't expect it to work like a $400 phone.
