Replacing a soft pad flip phone which my mom complained about dialing numbers which would add extra numbers and she would have to hang up and try again. She loves this new hard pad phone. I was glad there was a basic flip phone for her since she only uses the phone for emergencies while going to the grocery store or just out running errands.

He absolutely loves that the numbers are big enough where he can see them and has been able to navigate the phone well. Took him a while to get used to, but he loves it!

This phone is 4G LTE and works well when paired with H2O Wireless. Their plan is $5/month (prepaid $60 per year) for unlimited talk and text. H2O Wireless is an MVNO for AT&T Network. This phone has USB-C charging and call quality is excellent whether talking on the phone, or using speakerphone.
