Does everything I need. Easy to use. Recommended for those of us who don't need a lot of bells and whistles and don't like to text.

Excellent little phone for the non tech user. It’s a phone. It rings. You answer it. You want to make a call. You dial. Perfect

Worked fine on my Verizon account. Changed over in minutes. If you still have physical sim card. Un plug from world. Doee have internet and other wi capabilities. screen is small and typing very hard. Keyboard options to use numbers has predicted text . Turning off and going to old school would be easier. Never stays same style of texting . Even in same message. Had to go back to smart phone was purchased for camping trip that didn't want to risk $1000.00 phone. Still could get text and calls with now issue. There is a restock fee so it just sits on shelf and backup if I break my current phone between upgrades.

Good phone for old fashioned people, easy to use with some smart phone features.

A basic flip phone. It works well and the battery lasts for quite a while. While it doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of a smart phone it gets the job done for calls and texts.

Bought phone for my mom and she liked it. It has big number keys and it's simple to use.

Best decision I made to get this phone to continue living a distraction-less life. It’s a perfect dumb phone, more affordable than lightphone 2 and punkt. Call quality is great. Buttons are big enough that I love texting now. Although you need to customize/hack (available) to get the wifi tethering to work, I still love it. Thanks for the simple design.

Larger buttons and display easy to use battery life is good

Reliable phone without all of the extras. I love the big numbers. I’m hard on things & this doesn’t feel very durable. Word prediction was better 20 years ago.

This phone seems to work fine, but nobody at Best Buy knows how to work it and the instruction booklet is useless. Mine had more issues than I could deal with, Best Buy and Geek Squad were no help, and it turned out to have a faulty SIM card. Thankfully Google answered most of my questions.

It is a change from iPhones and welcome. Easier to use.

I wanted a simple phone. What I got was a time machine to 2004—with extra frustration. The Nokia 2789 looks cool and nostalgic, but using it felt like trying to text with oven mitts. The buttons were stiff, the menus were confusing, and just setting it up made me question all my life choices. Calls and texts technically work, but everything else felt like a puzzle with no instructions. Great if you want digital detox. Not so great if you want to keep your sanity.

This phone was exactly what we needed for a family member who refuses to ever use a smartphone. The old phone was no longer functioning and the options seemed limited. This phone was affordable and we were able to get it to work with AT&T without an issues.

This phone is so much better for my dad than the ones they have at T-Mobile! Works better in every way possible and the Best Buy guy that’s works in phones set it up for us and did everything that was needed in 15 mins instead of the 3/4 hours it would normal take at the T-Mobile store! I love the phone service with (actual) phone service at T-Mobile but store service not so much (at all)

Perfect phone for older users who just want a straight forward phone. Larger buttons, clear display.

Best. Flip phone. EVER! Seriously. I got it mainly to take a break from my smart phone. Elegant, wonderful, and easy to use. Would recommend!

I love it. Just a few small software features that would be fantastic, but overall It's great. Got it to be a bare minimum phone, and it's what I was looking for.
