I am too old to learn, apparently, because I have such a terrible time trying to use the newer cell-phones. I am trusting that this cute little flip-phone will be just what I need. I don't think that having it at my cheek when speaking will "mute" like my regular cell-phones. Thanks so much for the nice employee at Best Buy to help me, and I understand there is only one left in the store.

It’s very good for a basic phone with internet I gave to my father who does not like to use smart phones and he is really enjoying using this phone

This phone was challenging to navigate as I learned the new phone. The sound is good on the phone. I have a hearing problem so the volume was good for someone with difficulties. I have does have a lot of features that I probably will not use by nice to have as I try some new things.

I bought it for my father who doesn’t understand the iOS or android system so its easy for him to handle it and he seemed very happy to have it.

More than expected in a flip phone. Reed Wilson I never had a flip phone that offered email and wifi. So I really like it and it fits in my carpenter jeans

The hinge for the phone was u lev so the phone never fully shut. We tried to return it to the store thinking we had 15 business days but it was ineligible as the 15 days were literal days no weekends or non-business hours included.

I purchased this open box Nokia Flip Phone thinking it was similar to the one I had, but it wasn't. It was complicated and more involved than my previous phone so I returned it. I then purchased a Jitterbug Smart 4 from Best Buy and think I'm going to like it once I understand all aspects. It also comes with an excellent User Guide.

Decent for a flip phone for senior husband. Not too many features to work with. Connected well with hearing aid too.

Fantastic and heavy duty for someone who works out. Still able to even listen to YouTube videos and browse the internet.

Nokia keeps taking steps backwards with their phones while falsely advertising. -Can't group text with iPhones I'm texting. Their messages are multimedia downloads I have to approve every time and they're just TEXT. -Built in Maps doesn't allow predictive texting. -You can't add words to the predictive texting dictionary while typing. -Clock and alarms can't be inputted by number keys -There's no way to make the main menu of bloatware apps shorter to quickly loop back, in quick scenarios like emergencies. -No button sounds for menus, meaning no audio confirmation of inputs other than phone dialing. Amazing big mashy buttons. Decent look and form factor. Bad outer screen functionality and giant bezel.

Clearly an outstanding example of all that we look for in an inspired innovative and forward-thinking professional.

Very nice flip phone. Big buttons easy to read. Small to fit into belt leather case. display is easy to read. Great for older people that don't want a smart phone.

My expectations were low coming into this, I wanted to try a flip phone to get a break from my smartphone. But this phone failed to perform even its limited functionalities well. It automatically deletes texts, the calendar can’t import events correctly, the contacts app can’t import contacts correctly. The screen quality is terrible. The battery life is poor. The list goes on. I may have been more accepting if the phone were cheaper. But at nearly $100, it’s just not acceptable.

Great low tech phone! Will do exactly what you need and keep you connected in the ways you need. Would repurchase.

Works just as good as an iPhone. The only downside is that you can’t read the screen as well. Older patrons would like it if you didn’t need to use the internet. It does have it! .

Puchased for husband, he loves thè phone but im not a fan as i had transfer all the phone numbers. Hes a very happy camper.

It does what a normal phone should do. Closest thing I could find that almost doesn't have the internet. Texting is fun and I spend less time wasting away. 10 out a 10 would recommend.
