    Excellent salesperson who approached as we came to the department. He listened carefully to what type of phone I needed. He took me right to the phones and showed me the one that matched my general phone use, He did not waste my time with higher level phones, Excellent !!

    Phone didn't work for my mother. Tried returning 28 days later after I purchased the phone. Staff told me return is within the 2 week period after purchase. I wasn't aware of such a short return window. Really Pathetic!!!!!
