Needed a replacement phone for my dad. Great phone, excellent price. No issues , he loves his new phone.

To be honest with you, this phone was useless. I bought it not for me for my mother and I asked if you will work without Internet and I was told that he will maintain the phone didn’t work the only word for one day and I have to return it to you guys with you guys charge me for fee for returning and then so no, I’m disappointed

We like the functions of the phone and enjoy the quality

My wife and i bought two of the same phones, for one of the phones the screen was defective and was nearly blacked out so you could only see the screen in a pitch black room and the screen wouldnt get any brighter even if you turned the brightness to 100%. And the other would not receive any messages but calls would go through.

I used it for a month and was incredibly happy with it before it suddenly stopped turning on one morning. Haven’t been able to use it since. KaiOS is dodgy anyway. You get what you pay for and I tried to be cheap and paid for it. :(

Operating system (KAI OS) is clunky. I will replace this with an Android phone unless I can load Android on it.

Great phone for my father who just want to make and receive calls.

Ringer not loud enough for some people. Could use red and green markings on the call and end buttons like on most others.

This basic phone does everything I want it to very well. It has some smart features that I will not be using, so I can't speak to them. The sound is loud and clear and people have no problem hearing me. Texting works fine. The user manual falls a bit short on explaining some things, like how to set up speed dial numbers and use them, but it was easy to figure it out.

Nice phone and was recommended for high volume when ringing. I should have read more into phone carriers. It is not compatible with Spectrum phone provider. With my father being with Spectrum and the low phone plan. I will have to see what phone carrier he can switch to and keep his same low phone service.

I like the Nokia flip phone. My Alcatel crashed at the battery insert area. Needed a new phone and this took the place of the old one.
