At least Nokia could have made the Power On/OFF Key red.

Not to shabby! Just what I wanted! It’s not as easy as i thought to find a flip phone!

I like the phone! However big drawback and will be returning it due to lack of display option. Loaded all my contacts but when they call you, you only see the phone number and not who it is on the display. Disappointing and step back in technology available today.

Worst of both worlds. Not a real smart phone, nor a real dumb phone either. Advertising very confusing and deceptive. I couldn't get this to work with transfer from iPhone even with technicians support. They couldn't figure out why it wouldn't send text messages either.

Overall a great phone, the buttons are a little large and overall the phone itself feels pretty light and cheap ish to me but its a useful phone that works well

I bought this for a bed ridden friend because the smart phone was too complicated. It didn’t work out too well. It was still too hard for him to use.

The phone is proof that you get what you pay for. Texting is difficult and forget about using it while simultaneously talking; the phone couldn’t handle it. It was difficult to hear people who called me or who I called. I returned it and Best Buy is proof that Highway Robbery is alive and well. This phone won’t sell so they charge a restocking fee equal to half what the phone cost.

Perfect phone and easy for Grandparents to use. Big number buttons a huge plus as well. Happy with product.

The phone is not bad and the price is reasonable good

The item was fine but the party who it was for died. Tried to return item as per instructions from your headquarters and the store refused. It was not the best of times, and the store was without compassion.

Broke after owning it for 5 months. One day it just wouldn't turn on and there was no repair for it. Luckily I have coverage through Best Buy so they replaced it for nothing. It frequently shut off on me and was never a reliable phone. I then had to take the time to transfer all of my contacts into the new one as flip phones don’t transfer like an iPhone does. I also lost all of my texts. I only took the same phone in replacement because it was the only way Best Buy would cover the cost. Otherwise I would not have purchased this phone again. Do not recommend.

This is a great phone if you're trying to disconnect from a smartphone. Loud alarm and ringer, works good for what it does.

Best phone. Father of phones still rocking. Non smartphones always rocks. All Sims pick up network pretty quick. Really my peace maker.

I got this phone as a temporary device while getting replacement parts for my smartphone, but I also wanted to evaluate moving to a dumphone permanently. Unfortunately, this device is so miserably buggy that I feel the dumb phone experience didn't get a fair shake. Primary issues were: 1. Not charging on most USB-C chargers I tried 2. Unable to import contacts from Google (only the first contact would import) 3. Unable to receive MMS/Group messages on Google Fi 4. SMS had garbage at the end of every message on Google Fi 5. Inexplicable SMS list order Not really a bug, but battery life was surprisingly poor. Phone calls did work well.

Great Phone to get away from the internet. And definitely works with the updated AT&T service.

Works great for talk and text. We bought this phone for my 14 year old as a first phone and it gets the job done well!

Great service and the customer service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and he was able to explain the product. Always satisfied when buying at Best Buy.

I got this phone for my mother, she lives out of the country where the signal is bad. but with this phone she get a good signal to make phone calls.

I used TLC flip for the past 3 years. Switched to this one because I dropped TLC far too many times and the top got loose. I lasted 1 week with the Nokia.

Use to have a Verizon flip phone and it was much easier to use. This Nokia has much different symbals and I still haven't learned to program it without looking up each thing on the website.
