Okay Flip Phone

The first phone wouldn’t hold a charge more than 4 hours, so I took it back to Best Buy. They replaced it with another. Three weeks later—too late to return—the phone wouldn’t turn on. The first time it did this, I removed the battery, put it back, and it worked, until the next time I tried to use it and it wouldn’t turn on. As I said, too late to return. Rather than fight it, I ate the loss and have moved on.

I had to go to Megasaver to get them to remove the parts. Best Buy said to get a new phone. The phone worked after the Megasaver counter competently removed the broken off parts. I needed features for work this phone did not have. I purchased a Motorola that I now use.
