    The phone is very inexpensive but we were trying to find a phone for our 80 year old mom who is nearly blind. It shuts off randomly & hD to be restarted which is very annoying since she is in a nursing facit& we have to drive there every time it “isn’t working” again. You definitely get what you pay for. I don’t recommend it.

    I had a terrible experience at the Best Buy. The salesman quoted me $50 for the phone and then when I got to the cash register the had a $42 restocking fee and the actual phone costed close to $100 as well. I was in a pinch and bought the phone but the phone was not compatible with AT&T.

    Not sure if it was only my Phone, but I had to return it. I tried to program the buttons and they made some weird sound, Then my sim card did not want to work with it, not sure why since its Unlocked. I have purchased Phones from Best Buys before but this was not a great experience.
