this is a really great phone has a really good battery life works great and works just as a normal smartphone has a great browser to access social media and the quality and fiber is just excellent 4/5

My mother is elderly...this flip phone works well for her...she can receive text messages & do other web based things . She likes it.

My first phone was an iPhone, I later got a Samsung, now I’ve transitioned to a Nokia flip phone. I’m not a social media user, I just don’t really have a use for a modern smart phone. So because of the major price difference I decided to take a chance on this phone. This phone actually has way more features than I originally expected, I have YouTube, google, many cool and fun apps. I was surprised by the modern applications this phone has. I’m happy with my purchase. The only real downside I have, is the material it’s made with a softer plastic.

DOES NOT WORK in Rural areas!!!! Purchases this phone for my elderly father for the simplicity. However it’s worse because he can’t hardly call out and I’m lucky to get through to him. Very scary with him living alone.

This Nokia flip phone was somewhat hard for me to figure out. I could not swap the SIM card from my mother's old phone. The direction sheet was hard to understand. Once figured out, the phone is easy for a 97 year old to use.

Bought this phone for a senior citizen that had lost her high dollar IPhone and is prone to losing things. This phone seems to work better than the lost phone. Plus it is super easy answer and hang up the phone. Didn't buy it for the bells and whistles of the typical smart phone. I definitely recommend it for some on that just wants a phone and the convivence of a phone that you can't butt dial

there is my son's first phone. I wanted to start with a non smart phone. Very ease to use for my son.

The Nokia 2780 flip phone has many 'smart phone' features, such as google and google maps, YouTube, email, a weather app, a new app, and even a games feature. The only drawback so far is the microphone which seems a little indistinct. But overall I'm happy with this phone. The carrier sign-up process, however, is aggravating if you are intending on having a pre-paid plan. Each of the major carrier's pre-paid plans have unacceptable conditions and difficult sign-up processes. I finally settled on Boost Mobile and am satisfied now that my account is established.

The phone is perfect for my 88 year old father ..the employee from bestbuy that heped me oder the phone ...over the phone customer service jason was awesome he gets 5 star .... good job

It is so easy to use. It is for a disabled individual and is perfect for her. Sometimes, a smart phone is not necessary.
