Large buttons that are easy to see, the display is great and easy to see as well. For the 70+ generation it's a really great, simple, easy to use phone.

Only good for calls.

Volume set at 5 (the highest) for call sound, isn't that loud. But hey, it does it job for sending & making calls. Highly recommend not using the flip to answer option so you can actually see who's calling. Battery doesnt last very long. When you have 1 bar od battery left, you cant even make an outgoing call. It just says connecting until youve decided you waited long enough for the call to go through, ans just hang up. Don't recommend if you text & email. Needed the phone in a pinch for someone who's older & wanted a new flip phone. If the restock fee wasnt half the price of the phone, it would have been returned.

Not for rural living

Purchases this phone for my elderly father for the simplicity. However it’s worse because he can’t hardly call out and I’m lucky to get through to him. Very scary with him living alone.
